Still Yakuza 4, finished all four parts, and now in Epilogue, trying to get all characters to level 20 and get some money so I can repair/ the skill learning computer so I will have access to all skills in game And looks like Yakuza 3 got lost in mail :'( I will give it one more week, and then I have to contact the seller...

So you want Chris Roberts to make a sequel to a game he didn't even work on with who knows what sort of influence he had on the main plot of it? Whats more important, letting Obsidians reputation and revenue suffer due to an issue with Ubisofts DRM policy or buying the game that will only be good for Obsidians continued financial longevity. This should be a no-brainer for anyone who actually supports Obsidian and projects like PE. Finally I would support Ubisoft anyway as I like the studio. There DRM policy has given me very few issues, and the few I experienced were not insurmountable. I think the worst was where I couldn't logon for 2 hours. It was no big deal. I paid 140 USD for PE, and I will not pay a single cent to UbiSoft... And I have every single OE game ever created and every single game OE guys worked on before the creation of OE, minus newest Steamworked games... I simply refuse to rent my games... I think I have give more support to Obsidian, than most of the people on this board...

Eh, you wouldn't have been buying it anyway since it is/was steamworks. Might end up buying it if the steamworks gets nuked since I couldn't care less about Uplay so long as it isn't the always online variety, else won't, but that's status quo ante. Did not knew it was Steamworks only before ... *sighs*

And I would love to see another Wing Commander, because I ****ing want to know the story about what happened to Blair after his abduction... And of course made by Chris Roberts...

They never disputed the interviewer when he called it a sequel multiple times. Also they did refer to Torment as a franchise (apparently one standalone game last century makes a franchise). As for naming it the same: yea, they did. They've said multiple times they're going to name it Torment. So basically the only thing stopping them from making a game with a "deep narrative story" for over a decade was the fact they couldn't piggyback on the Torment name, but now that the rights have expired it's full steam ahead. My bad for feeling skeptical. But they never called it a sequel, it was the interviewers... That's a FACT... Planescape: Torment != Numenera: Torment... Different names... That's FACT as well... Your argument is thus invalid...

Yakuza 3 is so damn good. I like it even better than Y4. One question though, have you played Yakuza Dead Souls as well? and what are your thoughts about the game?

Purchased myself Yakuza 4 despite me not liking that kind of games, and the experiment was worth the 17 EUR... I am actually enjoying the game O.o I am just pissed at myself, that I started the game on Easy difficulty, but I am still having fun... So much fun, that I have ordered myself Yakuza 3 as well, and I am hoping that Yakuza 1/2 HD for PS3 will be released in Europe in a timely manner O.o

Look up many kickstarter projects, and I think you will not be disappointed if they keep enough promises alive... the next two years will be definitely interesting...

And, sometimes, the publisher/developer. Cracked Steam games have led to banned accounts, and there's other examples like these gems. the problem with this stuff is that if the code for detecting legality of the software is not programmed properly, lot of honest users will get screwed... there was lot of crying about FADE protection kicking in for legal copies... but because we are on the internet, you never know how many of them were true...
