  1. Just sent you a message.
  2. Awesome! Just don't do it US only. Would be waste of resources IMO, and will make lot of bad user reviews on metacritic for sure!!!
  3. Hopefully there will be some famous online Pizza stand inside the castle as well, so we do not have to Alt-Tab, when we get hungry and want to order some food!!!
  4. I would gladly pay for a game, But HBS completely lost my trust after their 180 decision for DRM...
  5. If this is the case for all the "next-gen" games, then I see, that I have made the correct decision to wait for release of PS4 slim. At that time all the interesting launch and post-launch titles will be sold for 20-30 EUR, and it saves me nice money... In all honesty, with all the entertainment options I do have now available, 70 EUR for a single game is price not worth the final product. PS: And some guys should show some graphs to the other marketing guys, that clearly shows, that in time where you see the words "financial crisis" on every corner, makes making non-essential items more expensive, is not one of the brightest ideas...
  6. I love the Saints Row games and the new GTA trailer does nothing for me. I would take Yakuza 5 release in the west over SR4 or GTAV any day...
  7. Afaik Lovecraft's universe is in public domain in EU.
  8. Now I know, what I will be doing for few days, when I happen to visit Japan http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/125627-Real-Life-Resident-Evil-Simulator-Comes-To-Universal-Studios-Japan
  9. Yup, but with better system, there is much lesser chance, that your more complex password could be compromised even with these big databases. The Ars article was only about success of breaking MD5 with these tables. I would really like to know, how successful would be these guys with harvesting complex passwords in newer SHA-3, RIPEMD or Skein hashing. The only reason why lot of companies are still using weak algorithms is to save processing power of their servers... Which is stupid...
  10. You still won't see Sony titles on PC. So essentially the status quo will be the same. That may be the case, but the PS2 years where Sony was drowning in must play exclusives is long gone. The PS3 exclusives list isn't all that long... That depends on what kind of games are you playing. I got 28 PS3 games and 21 of them are PS3 excluives, and I can assure you that with my gaming preferences all of these games, not only the exclusives are a must play, so I got my money spent on the console worth... And I expect the same with PS4... And because of my much shorter gaming time nowadays, It will take for me more than year to finish all of these 28 games I have. Last time I turned on my PC for gaming was this spring, when I finally got my hands on Alpha Protocol, and next time I turn the PC for gaming will be, when Wasteland 2 will be released... And I am in the same group as alan, that I can't bother with moving my PC to the living room and connect it to my 46" TV screen, because I already have all of the ports except one HDMI used for my other multimedia entertainment platforms. Best place for my PC is on my desk with 22" monitor attached...
  11. Definitely getting the FFX/X-2 remake as well. Also, if you are into the Tales series... don't Forget Tales of Symphonia Chronicles supposedly coming out early next year also. Thanks for recommendation I played only Tales of Graces f for the first time last month, but I really enjoyed the game, so I will definately get the symphonia too! To bad they will probably never bring PS3 port of Vesperia to europe too
  12. It also says that when a site uses weak hashing algorhytms, they can harvest relative secure passwords with the help of databases on previously harvested weak passwords.
  13. Oh **** you Ubisoft. I have a sufficiently long password, if Ubisoft properly salted and hashed the passwords then I shouldn't need to change it. Then I think you should read this and hope that Ubi is not one of the lazy companies, which still uses MD5, SHA1 or similar simple fast hashing algorhytms... http://arstechnica.com/security/2013/05/how-crackers-make-minced-meat-out-of-your-passwords/
  14. Just did two superfast playthroughs of Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 for another two endings, which I have not seen yet. Got two more trophies and little bit closer to have a chance to kill the game's superboss... Will need two or three more playthroughs to get everything out of this game, and then I can finally move to Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory
  15. I am awaiting awesome spoiler free review of this game from you
  16. yes that is correct, anything that did't fit into UMB was loaded back into the conventional memory. You just had to change some stuff and do few reboots to get the best results, especially if you had only 1024 kB RAM on first 386SX computers... Unfortunately I do not remember if it was possible to do all this stuff with 286 computers.
  17. I am actually deep in the PS4 crowd, but I think, I will do the same what I have done with PS3... Wait until they release the first slim model with lower power consumption. My backlog on PS3 is still so big and with all the games which will be released this year, it is still lot of fun to have with my current baby FFX/X-2 HD Remix KH1.5 HD Remix GT6 Xillia 1 Xillia 2 I think I am set for one or two more years... I am just happy that with my higher age come bigger patience, so I do not need to spent ridiculous amount of money on my hobbies anymore... I still remember to buy me 2500EUR PC just to be able to play Neverwinter Nights 2 on release day... *sighs* It is good that with age comes bundled with the shorter memory span also wisdom and patience
  18. Actually that is an uber GUI you have there I remember days where I had to spent hours configuring memory management in autoexec.bat and config.sys, just to be able to play Privateer on my fathers company 386DX-33 with only 4MB of RAM and lot of company software running on boot-up Was worth every minute
  19. And a good part of what people enjoy about Dark Souls is the idea he might be there. People are really just trying to figure out what to do with multiplayer now other than arena combat. Sadly, this won't fix the problem of feature bloat and design by checklist. But hopefully it won't make it worse. You are right, but Dark/Demons Souls is a completely different playground... Although only time when I was connected to the net when playing Demons Souls was when I was killing the Old Monk... And I bet lot of other players played it only singleplayer too
  20. Looks like everyone is ignoring the possibility that Skyrim might have been so successful also because no xXpwnrererXx have been there to spoil their fun...
  21. Finished Graces f today, so I am gonna get both Xillias for sure!
  22. Learning the habits of potential customers have proven to be very good for business. MS will do it if they think they can get away with it. Kinect must check in and report on you at least once a day in order for you to be able to play your games. Which is negligible if you have constant internet connection. Besides, it's not like you're forced to check in everyday. Just check in if you want to play games. Example: Monday - Check In Tuesday - Friday - Busy, didn't check in Saturday - Check in and play games. Sunday - Check in and play games. You still have the choice of not checking in. If you're in a pinch, you can always tether your phone, the bandwidth needed to check in won't be big I think, it's more like signing in to Google or something. If you don't have phone reception or internet connection, then this console is simply not for you. You still have the option of not buying it. For me, Kinect 2.0 and the cloud computing outweighs the hassle of checking in. Most of the time, it's not even a hassle. OR You can buy PS4 and Monday - Sunday: Play games without the need of internet connection Who would ever thought of that gaming can be so simple
  23. With the exception, that Valve said before, they would patch steam games, if the steam ever get's offline... I think it will go only for their own games, but despite being anti-steam customer, Valve is for me more trustworthy company than MS...
  24. It took them 20 years??? Some things needs time :D
