Tbh I'm not a big fan of stories revolving around possession, it takes something away from the characters I think. Silmarillion doesn't really get started till about halfway through, so bear with it

Once and for all, Revan's Scorpian Style is uber-cool, and I will be most disappointed if it does not feature in TSL. It probably will though. Its enough to make me put my second saber away and go back to old style classic.

Dual style. Without a doubt the most stylish variant you could use in KotOR. The new styles should balance it out though. Revan's Scorpian Style..... And btw, Valinor is to the West after the Fall of Numenor. Before that you could reach either of the coasts (although you would have had a hard time if you went all way round Arda in an easterly direction). After the Fall of Numenor, Valinor was only reachable by those permitted to cross by the Valar, and you had to sail into the West

Well, I just read the new interview on RPG Vault (click here if you haven't read it yet) and found one bit of information that sparkled A new character name was revealed: Bao-Dur. I think players will enjoy all of them, but my two favorites are Mira and Bao-Dur. I like Mira because she's sassy, and I like Bao-Dur because I just think he's cool - I'd tell you more, but that's one of those sensitive areas that is difficult to discuss without giving too much away. Any ideas as to who this guy is, anyone? The Zabrak? The Mandalorian? Another character from the screenshots? (My vote is on the Zabrak being Bao-Dur - but I've been wrong before, I just can't remember it...)

I have to say I get attacks of conscience so I can play both sides to my hearts content (unless the Darkside is as petty as it was in KotOR 1). Plus Rosh Penin had everything that was coming to him in Jedi Academy. I couldn't stand the little weevil.

Thats only fair. because in the end everyone is going to get the game, so everyone should have the option of additional content. Because we have to wait longer the PC users should get it automatically

I would like to see in a cutscene one of the Sith Lords turn on one of his underlings who has disappointed him and say: "I told you to blow the bloody doors off!" Then kill him in whatever manner he sees fit.

I don't think any game can live up to everyone's expectations, but you can still get a damn good game. I strongly believe TSL will be one of these.

I have to admit I prefer going Lightside. I have played through the Darkside a few times for a few reasons: a ) The ending is better b ) Revan's Robes are uber-cool c ) I like announcing that...."I am Revan, Dark Lord of the Sith. Kneel before me." Thats said, the Darkside was crap till the end of the game when you got to do truly evil things (like pushing Carth off cliffs ) instead of just stealing Juhani's lunch money. I am more than capable of being evil, as my friends know full well, but I like to think I have alot more style and finesse than the playground bullies.

I have to agree. 20,000 Jedi is ridiculous. Even an elephant can be killed by 20,000 ants. And Jedi are not ants.

Lol. I completed the single player, then quit to give my eyes some rest, came back and tried to play multiplayer and the game wouldn't load. I just crashes after I try and load the program. Ah well..........anyone know how to deal with this? I've tried all the usual problems and fixes but nothing has worked so far....

I am as upset as any other PC gamer who will have to wait the additional 2 months or more and run the risk of spoilers. However, there is nothing we can do about it and having a go at each other is not going to get us anywhere, apart from banned from the boards. It would indeed be appreciated if the PC game came with the additional content already on it, while X-Box gamers have to download it, like the first game. *Pitches up a tent next to DarthRevan987's* *Spreads word about a street rave outside the store to occupy my time....*

I agree with what you said about Vader, he is definately the most important character in all of Star Wars. But Luke was not as powerful. His midichlorian count was 'diluted'. Vader's midichlorian count was as high as it could be.

I bought Battlefront today. And completed it. In less than an afternoon. On hardest setting. :ph34r: What a waste of money. I think I'll return it <_<

The NPC/NPC conversations make the game more 'movie-like'. Whether you like that or not is up to you. Personally I liked them. Carth will never have guts. I have officially renamed him 'The Invertebrate'.

Republic Commando is single player FPS. Battlefront is also single player FPS, but with a multiplayer bit aswell, which is the best bit of the game. I bought Battlefront today....and completed it. Ridiculously easy, even on the hardest setting....or maybe I'm just too good at games.

Okay, since no one has said it yet I'll say it: characters from EU and games a things will always have the potential to be bigger, better and badder than the characters from the films, for the very simple reason that anything goes in EU. In the films (especially the Original Trilogy) you simply couldn't create earthquakes or lightning storm for when ever Vader walked into a room, and the mountains will never tremble when he breaks wind, unlike Exar Kun is reputed to be able to do. Vader is the logical choice for most powerful Jedi/Sith, biggest baddass in Star Wars crown, because he is the Chosen One. No one could match his raw talent with the force, but you simply couldn't get this across in the movies (so far - I have high hopes for Episode 3, which will no doubt be dashed). As a character that we know very little about Revan is a cool character. The only way we ever get to see Revan as a character we do not play as is in the few movies in KotOR (Revan's Death and the Dantooine Vision). In just two short cutscene appearances Revan has created lots of fans and it has to be said that he does have style. If they were given equal footing, as it were, then Vader would be more powerful, but Revan would get the points for sheer style.

KotOR II as soon as it is released for PC in the UK. Then when I've finished that I'll buy Republic Commando, and when it comes out I'll buy Episode III game.
