I was wondering when the republic would get woman soldiers. All during Kotor I the republic soldiers, every single one of them, were male. And the thing was, the Sith had female in their ranks!!! Equal rights for all indeed..... :ph34r:

Will we be able to choose what color our lightsaber is. I knnow we'll be able to change the color crystals but if I start off as a sentinel, will my char's lightsaber(the one the order took from him when he left then Jedi) be yellow when I get it "back" or if I answer the questions Atton or whoever asks can it be blue or green.

All downloaded content should include is a few fixes or something like that. I would hate to buy the game only to find out to get a new planet I'd have to use live to download it. There was nothing really missed with not getting Yavin Station.

Everything looks good to me, personally I'm going to go sentinel/ whatever is good at combat. Also, I hope for unlimited levels in this game, so people might complain it might be overpowering but the higher your level the lower the xp you get from that creature, and nobody is going to kill 1xp creatures all night are they? I just want the freedom, not some hard cap like in Kotor.

Now that I think about it.... I tried to use my mines to save the republic soldier from the raghouls in the undercity on Taris, unfortunately they wouldn't die during the cutscene, cheap scripted deaths!

Question: Will we be able to choose our lightsaber color at the beginning at the game? Say I want to start off as a sentinel, can I change my lightsaber color to blue?

A: I was pressing quote at first then it took me to the same page then I pressed reply and it quoted. B: The only compromise I could come with is at the hardest level it changes. C: I never used insta travel/ heal unless I was going to tinker with stuff or talk to npcs, travel between planets, and get those scripted encoounters to come. It's convienient that I got healed also considering it's not worth the load times just to get back to a place so I can insta travel. I just used force heal.(I hope you're not going to go after force heal ) It doesn't hurt anything that much in my eyes, there's no need to nerf it, it doesn't unbalance the game, and it takes too much time depending where you're at.

First off I don't think it needs to be changed, second off what other people have said, "If you don't like it don't use it," third off this isn't a mmorpg meaning it doesn't hurt you in any way if someone uses it, fourth off many other people liked the old system, and last but not least what the devs said, "If it isn't broken don't fix it," and obviously the insta heal wasn't broken. I don't think the devs are doing any major nerfing, just fixing things. So.... don't expect any nerfing of anything from the first Kotor.

Cheap. Easily abusable, and requiring no strategy whatsoever. But because of this, the devs had to bump up the difficulty of the villains. Its a vicious cycle. Break the cycle of abuse! I personally liked the old Kotor system, and I don't like the one you guys are suggesting, but that's just me. Force Cooldown=Big no no. "Heal up Atris, heal again.... oh no!!!! Force cooldown again, this is too frustrating man, who came up with this great idea?!" Or:"Immunity, energy, speed! Die Sion di.... what the?!?!?! I'm still on immunity!!!!" *Gets chopped up.* Limited amount of medpacs: Are you mad?!?!?!?! Auto-transport/auto-heal: Worked well in the first game to me. I would rather the enemies do 100 damage on the hardest level then me not being able to use my force powers or anything like that. The Kotor system worked well, so there's no need to change it in my eyes.

Gotta have the romances though!!! Anyway, I myself hope there won't be any homosexual relationships that come with the game, and I'm sure many other people wouldn't either. Parents would get mighty mad if their child saod,"Hey mom! My male character just kissed Ratton!" Yeah...... You have to remember it would be like forcing your lifestyle on others, plus Obs won't even take that chance nor waste time making it a patch.

Yes, you could. Do you seriously believe Obs is going to take every single little option you had in KotOR into account? If so, you're going to spend a looooong time answering questions in the beginning of the game... Yes, I do, You KILLED Bastilla man!!!! It's a major plotline, major I tell you!!!! Really though, just like Yuthara Ban people played the game different ways. I DID save Bastilla but it would be cheap to other people if Bastilla was there no matter what, it invalidates what you did in the first game and I, and many other people wouldn't like that. Better to leave her out, for now...
