  1. Piracy gets you nowhere, in fact it lessens your impact on the market, meaning that in the future to get the big bucks LA will push the Xbox version first. So if you want to be cheap, immoral, and just plain criminal, go right ahead. Also, remember that the game was slated to come out on both consoles in Feb, but the Xbox version got pushed forward. The Xbox version is AHEAD of schedule, the PC version is ON schedule, so either way, the game would of been coming out in Feb for the PC, no matter what, unless LA tried to push them both, which they probally couldn't do.
  2. Actually I don't think the PC players need anything in compensation. Like I said in the other thread, getting the full game later doesn't entitle you to get the full game and extra content.
  3. Woah now, "console are just for people who don't want to think much." I don't even believe I'm reading this. Calm down please. Or should I say,"Celm d0WN plz noob, haha pwned!!111" because I own a console?
  4. I bought a Xbox for the first Kotor because my old comp wasn't up to specs. I have a better comp now, but still. The Xbox was a good investment in my eyes.
  5. Old news, in fact, very old, but thanks anyway. I do notice green names are running around here too, though I think they're keeping their heads down....
  6. A good idea, but most of the times, NO enemies escape, and bosses get stronger each boss fight.
  7. If you're a representation of members of that Forum, I think I'll pass....
  8. I might start of Sentinel in this game just for the skill points, but I agree offensive force powers were cheap, that's why I just buffed myself up with the defensive ones.
  9. Funniest things I've read all week. Funny, yet true.
  10. Bastila gave up after three fights. This makes me wonder; why did she do it? Did she realize should could not beat you? If so, couldn't she outlasted Revan, with the Star Forge recharging her? And why did Malak use force users rather than the Star Forge? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> He did use the Star Forge's power. It was those droids that were hitting you for one hitpoint.
  11. It better not be: Atris turning on you.(Bastilla turning in the first place was cheap, I hope Obs doesn't pull the same thing in Kotor II.) You're actually some former big evil bad guy who lost your memory. It's all played out.

    FLU

Yowza. I don't believe I just read that.... Anyway, I don't want Kotor II to have any glitches like that, in my opinion. It should be fixed anyway this time around.
  13. You:"[Force Presuade] Half will be enough, you agree." Woman:"[success]Half will be enough, I....agree?" The best darkside moment in the game in my opinion, mindtricking that innocent woman to give up her last possesion and forcing her to stay on the backwater world.....
  14. Which I might add is easily gained back with implants.
  15. Uncalled for man, geez.
  16. *nods* Scout/guardian with the right amount of constitution and the implant you buy from the special shop on Korriban could give you more health then even a soldier/guardian.
  17. I was just using that as a metaphorical example, not a literal one. The point I was trying to make is often you end up with many heavy items that you do think you may need, particularly on one of the first run throughs of the game, because you don't KNOW what you'll need. No, I tend not to carry 10 of the same heavy item around. But in certain weight-critical games, it didn't matter, I still had too much to carry. And no real big help with the helpful vehicles you mention in games like Baldur's Gate. Travelling light...well...let's see, yes. Of course. You try to travel as light as you possibly can in ANY weight critical game. You disperse as much as you can, and try to store it. All of that takes time away from me actually playing the game. If I want an item because I think I may need it later, I'd rather stick it in inventory and forget about it until that time. That way I have it, I don't have to worry about backtracking for it, dumping another item for it, or completely redistributing everyone's loads because of it. I much prefer KoTOR's methods, which assume you've done all that already and let you get to the darned game already. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What he said. Weight me down or try to make the game realistic with all this weight speed stuff, and I'll just take the game back, and of course, write a very bad review.
  18. All you have to do in my eyes for those quests is make sure all your party members have a diverse set of skills. Was that the plan all along.....
  19. Maybe.... But the way bashing is I thought they wouldn't actually be cutting through the box like that.....
  20. Give me three thousand npcs and seven 10km by 10km planets. 'Nuff said.
  21. It is if you forgot you'd still get another sigil crystal anyway by the end of the game. :D
  22. The only thing is, I didn't get anything. I even checked the logs.... Also, the guide I read said it was a sigil crystal, but I'll try it again when I get to Tatooine. If it was a crystal or a vibration cell, the game didn't give it to me.
  23. Admiral Dodonna? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I wonder if she ever did any grunt work......
  24. I'm sooo glad that pazaak wasn't required to advance the storyline. One thing though, when I beat Kudos ten times, he was supposed to give me a sigil crystal, thing is, I didn't recieve anything!!! Do you know how many times I tried over and over just to win ten times.....
