Oh! Didn't realise, I actually bought it on PS4. was just linking to prove it existed. Why aren't more people excited I don't UNDERSTAND!

It actually looks pretty good, I loved the original games on Mega Drive back when I was a kid, still play them occasionaly with my brother when I see him. All this talk of RTWP vs Turn based is strange... i always thought I was on the RTWP camp but I think Dragonfall is the best of the modern crop of iso rpg's. So.... the story is really the most important thing at the end of the day. The combat is there to service the story.

Josh doesn't have the abiltiy/motivation to stop his superiors imposing bad ideas though. I'm not that bothered about seeing more of what this universe has to offer. I'd ratehr see another story set in a different world with the same/similar engine to Deadfire. I know i'm repeating myself but, I would love a Hard Sci Fi isometric RPG. Maybe only a few party members, I would even accept 4 what you get slowly over the game. Maybe on some other world where a scientific experiment has gone wrong or whatever and you're trying to investigate what happened. Sort of like the 50's classic film Forbidden Planet.

Really don't get the Fortnite thing, the game isn't anything special. Is it just good marketing? And fad mentality?

Get Persona 5 if you have a PS4.

Dark Souls, internet not required but there is some gameplay elements that will be missing.

So I finally bought the game after all these years since it was the cheapest i've ever seen it on GOG recently. Only in the first room and I quite like the character model, i'd only heard bad things about it and when I saw screens of the game it looked a bit naff, but I like how there's some kind of momentum to start running and stopping. Unlike POE where they just stop and start instantly into a run animation. I like how close you can zoom it, I gues they did that since Planescape was a lot more zoomed in than BG and that. I'm not expecting much, I've actually skimmed a lot of the text already since it just throws so much at you straight away. Let's see how I get on with it. What about your thoughts? Nobody seems to mention it much on here.

I read some of this. My lifelong dream was to eat a Montreal smoked meat sandwich, I had my trip booked and sorted but everything got locked down in England and it's all been cancelled. I shall give you my support for your dream since mine is over.

I'm a big fan of his videos. Been wanting to see this but my internet's out right now as in middle of moving house. Only have mobile data!!! Cant wait to watch. I like his style, really down to earth and unglamorous. Seems like hes doing it because he really has something to say, not just to get clicks or whatever.

Do we have to stick to gaming? Star trek the motion picture is the best star trek film, I'd go as far as to say it's the only one worth watching. If you like classic sci fi.

Kotor 2 made me look at star wars in a completely new way. No star wars media since has been anywhere near as interesting. I like neverwinter nights 2 as a forgotten realms game but getting the camera todo what I want it to is an exercise in futility.
