Nobody would be hurt? For godsakes, man, there was gunfire involved and children in the house. It could have easily turned into a bloody massacre. I don't care if they have a warrant or not, you don't go bust someone's door down with guns firing. If they are unsure of the situation they shouldn't have weapons drawn. Is it their fault they got bad information? No, but it is their bloody fault for acting on that bad information. The cops were lucky, that is all. Next time they pull this sort of crap, the next innocent house they shoot up may have deaths involved.

If you are going to get an XBox 360 then the Elite is the way to go. Also Mass Effect is better than Oblivion.

They didn't identify themselves to him as police, busting in the house in the wee morning with no light. He saw them as intruders in his home which they are, cops or not. It was good that he stop shooting once he had the chance to see who they actually were, but they shouldn't have raided his home without verifying that he was actually doing criminal acts.

The Elite I got came with one headset, a wireless controller, and 2 games. The keyboard would be pretty cool. I would hate to do IM with the controller. It would take the Instant out of Instant Messaging.

Sometimes I wonder where they get some of these guys.

Okay Xbox experts, I got myself an XBox360 Elite and now am wondering what key accessories would I need to optimize my XBox360 experience besides the obvious second controller and battery recharge station.

Deserve those bastards right. There are a few **** landlords where I live and a few good and reasonable folks as well. When you go rent from someone you need to check up on their history and how well they treat their tenants. Of course I never expect to get my security deposit back anyway. I do a cursory clean before I leave but I figure the landlords and managers know the best places in town to do carpet cleaning and other detail work than I would.

It pretty much puts everything in one big disorganized pile.
