So, is falsifying and modifying intelligence reports so it would appear that it would be a good thing to invade another country illegal? If not, it should be.

We need a president that can fix the grave mistakes of Bushie so that we can focus on killing terrorists instead of occupying countries, improve foreign relations with various nations, eliminate illegal immigration and secure our borders, give us a working universal health care system, and does not dictate policies of science and scientific studies nor influence their findings based on his religious or political preferences.

Don't congrats me yet. It seems that after I got vista installed and started to mess with it it turned off by itself. BOOM! Now it won't start up. I powers up[ but it doesn't boot to anything. I am taking it back to the techs tonight to see if they can do anything and if not I am going to send the motherboard back to Newegg for my money back. Maybe I should have gotten an Assus board instead of EVGA. Good news, my old computer isn't as dead as I thought. I was able to get an old Nvidia 6200 graphics card and a Audigy1 soundcard to work in it so I have at least that. I can play Baldur's Gate but I would hate to see NWN2 to run on it. *shudder*

I have nothing wrong with the war of terrorism. We need to destroy and eliminate Al Qaeda, and similar terrorist organizations, but Iraqi insurgency and terrorist acts did not affect the US there till after we wrongly invaded the country on false pretenses.

The video card I am using is from the old computer. Its a X1900 Radeon. I will be upgrading, hopefully by the end of the year, to 2 Nvidia 8600 GTSes in SLI mode. I am also using the old Soundblaster Xi-Fi. The older computer died... painfully. The plastic covering of the PCI-E slot fell off and the processor was close to being fried after running Vista for as long as it did. The old Sempron just couldn't handle it.

I rather impeach Cheney.

I finally have my new computer up and running. E6600 Core 2 Duo EVGA NVidia 680i SLI motherboard 2 gig of DDR2 RAM 2 250 gig hard drives! It does seem to have grounding problems when I have my speakers plugged in. I need to have that worked on and see why, but yay! NEW COMPUTER!

From what I have seen so far of ME the dialogue system is the only thing I really dislike about the game. I prefer to know exactly what my character is going to say.

In the old version from the 50's it was oxygen, I'm sure of it. And even if it wasn't... well, cheap Deus Ex Machina still. It does make sense that the aliens would die due to foreign bacteria and viruses if they were not properly prepared for a new environment but since they were significantly advance race they should have taken the Earth biosphere as a whole and be immune or at least resistant. Now alien viruses and bacteria in which they have an immunity to could play havoc against the human population and very rarely due we see the after effects of this in the various forms of media.

I never have gotten how a person or group of people can actually think that they are the pinnacle of humanity while preaching hate and discord. Human is human. No better and no worse.

I would be surprised if ME wasn't better than KoTOR. Then again... Of the various current gen consoles I have to agree that the X Box 360 seems to have the most bang for the buck, even though the Wii seems to be more stable, and the PS3 has a greater potential, however overall none of the current gen consoles have games that I would buy their console for at full price. If I can get a X Box360 premium or elite for a $100 I would consider it, but not for its current price tag.

With the exception of the new motherboard I bought I have never had any technical problems concerning hardware and with using Vista I haven't had any software problems either. Before this the only problem I had, technical wise, was Windows ME, but beyond that I have had pretty stable gaming on the PC for years.

I prefer a stable and dependable platform that works over something that doesn't.

My main beef with the X Box 360 is all the technical issues it has with the red ring of death. Spending $400+ on a console that will die rather quickly is a waste of time and money.
