The Witcher is polish I think. The book atleast is. Anyhow I dont think a book can be made into a good game, just like movie based games suck. But who knows atleast they make it sound promissing...

Revan was obviously desicive and a good strategist, but lets keep him/her human please. Perhaps Revan thought he/she was doing the right thing, but obviously those intentions became corrupted after the mandalorian wars. I resent trying to make Revan the 'Perfect Character', It makes him/her a lot less interesting. The logic that Kreia said Revan used is the logic most real world dictators used. The logic is very simple, there is nothing genious about it. Now to the true sith. I really hope that the true sith is not some huge army of aliens just waiting to atack. It is just lame. And makes the whole idea of Revan going there to fight them single handedly rather silly. A lot of what Kreia sais can be taken metaphorically. Like: 'Sith is an idea'. So really 'True Sith Empire' can be interpreted in many ways.

The characters were well written, Kreia especially. I liked the general theme and subtext of the story. Psychological and philosophical aspects of it. The brilliant jedi council scene. And what was so confusing about Atris?

Not my words, read again... and yes US soldiers roam a foreign country at will, arresting people who are not their citizens at will, for good or bad but I call that controlling a country at gunpoint. People will never accept such rule, therefore there will always be resistance. No free elections are possible while a country is being controled by a foreign power, regardless of whenever you lead people there at gunpoint or not. Those elections are simply irrelevant since people that are elected have no control over anything. Believing otherwise is dumb... I dont deny that US perhaps wishes, say, Iraq to be independent and free, but now it is by no measures' free'. They have a government that for obvious reasons leans on foregn power therefore has no independent politics of its own and no control of their own country. When US leaves, you still end up with an essentially US made government and US made army. Iraq still has a long way to go to real freedom.

And where is their empire now?

There will be no truce until American foreign policy stops feeding these kinds of people. There will never be a millitary solution to this. What has to be defeated here is an ideology not people. No matter how many terrorists are killed or captured, no matter how many soldiers die or more scyscrapers blown up. This conflict will persist until something changes in people's minds. After one Bin Laden there will be another and lets hope no more then one... I am sorry, but no. No foreign power can stabilize something that isn't theirs to stabilize and not at gunpoint in any case...
