  1. What's the solution to the Sunry case? Its just been bugging me. I know he's guilty, but isn't there supposed to be more evidence in the sith embassy?
  2. I greatly enjoyed the morally grey situations. The only problem is there were only situations where one option was a bit better than the others (the Droid probably, I never got the final solution to Sunry, the Wookie thing...ect...). It would be nice if there were decisions (not many) where no matter what things were bad, or they were equally good, or equally bad. Making those decisions are what makes a jedi.
  3. I'm guessing storyline and prerequisite related. You have to take certain skill reqs (and probably power and alignment), and after a certain point in the story you choose which class you take a level in (your prestige class or base class). This is based on previous interpretations of D20 rules (though they don't use prestige; the use multiclass) in IWD and BG, along with the D20 rules themselves and the KOTOR style.
  4. Vader had serious power. He had decision making powers and everything. And people do know vader uses the force. propeganda paints him as a tragic martyr for the cause of the empire (saw the jedi council was flawed; they couldn't accept it and tried to kill him; he survived but was trapped into a life maintaining suit). Also, the Sideous=Palpatine was supposed to be a twist, but it was blatantly revealed in EP 1 (that was a huge mistake). If the coweled Sideous wasn't in that scene, it would have worked for a much better plot and a great twist.
  5. I've heard some strange theories (presented in EU) that Jawas are somehow connected to the Sand people. Anyway, what sorta questions are we supposed to ask. KOTOR related or SW this time period in general?
  6. But Atris is the Romance (I think we can all agree there's a 95% chance of that)!! It just wouldn't do to be romancing your apprentice... No... I think the apprentice is someone we don't know. I bet obsidian's going to give us really general info, but keep the useful info secret.
  7. Personally, I think Taris was the best planet. Most roleplaying, least overpoweredness, a chance to do something different (non-jedi; even though jedi are more fun, its good to have a change), the best connected story out of anywhere in the game, best plot, introduction of all the new characteres, ect. Plus, taris is the biggest, most to explore, most sidequest-filled, and most detailed planet. You even get around 1/2 of your levels there. I'd agree the game gets more boring (not saying it is boring, just less fun) eventually, but its taken me good half dozen times playing through the whole game on different files doing all the sidequests. Now, I can't play for that long without starting to get bored (2-3 hours, then watch a Slayers episode or 5 or 6, then play KOTOR more). Except for taris; I can replay Taris as much as I want without being bored (except for in the sewers maybe). That's just because its different and less repetitive than the rest of the game. This game is good, but no matter how good any game is, if you play it enough it gets less fun or boring. BTW, under ANIME, you guys forgot NARUTO!!!!
  8. frankly i thought kotors system was extraordinarily mediocre. no randomness. Its an RPG. The most randomness you're going to get are your rolls. Unless you want to do the pnp system where you roll for your health... That health roll thing would be pointless. Everyone just saves and quickloads until they have straight 9s or 10s.
  9. Yah. Who'd want to play as the ultimate do gooder...the best at helping old ladies across the street. While that is kind and noble, people want to do something important and epic. The only problem is each SW game tries to top the last in epic-ness, so what's next, save reality?
  10. Kun is the most powerful we know about. Even if palpatine is better with powers, kun has access to ancinet sith stuff Palpatin can never imagine. I have no clue about Jedi. Someone's probably more powerful than Yoda, its just we don't know that much. Yoda's most powerful.
  11. Cough Cough*Gaming Forum*Cough Cough.
  12. No the true force often manifests itself as the DS. Haven't you heard Vergere in Destiny's Way? Or was it Traitor? Anyway, the true force reflects what it finds in you. If you're angry... That's why the DS is so easy to get power with. The LS is the holding back of the true power of the force.
  13. I'm not sure what type of...terrain...you're talking about.
  14. So do it yourslef. Set one quickweapon thing to fists.
  15. Yah, but they're like the lightsaber form feats (and btw form means technique so forms are techniques or styles).
  16. And then I found myself staring down the barrel of a 45; swimming through the ashes of a former life! Anyway, Bastila, I hate everything about you. Seriously, I think Atris, even mira, looks better than Bastila. And what's this Yuthra Ban obsession about?
  17. It's no crime, it's just fun to say sacrilige, even spelled badly.
  18. Yah, but remember they aren't born outside the galaxy. If you include the unknown regions and certain sects, I guess.
  19. Ummm, actually...
  20. Well, they made me sick of her, and things went downhill from there.
  21. I know you have a new account, so it can be forgiven, but next time you have a question or idea, search to see if it's already been posted. If I remember right, there's a 5 page thread on this somewhere.
  22. Aren't most discovered and trained? Not all are suitable. Still they are discovered even if they don't have enough potential.
  23. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! DIDN"T KNOW IT WOULD BE LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!! SACRALIGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
