F2P Strategy?
Hannibal_PJV replied to cyberkal's topic in Pathfinder Adventures: General Discussion (No Spoilers!)
Yes the quest mode is much more interesting for grinding, because there is that unlimited different random scenarios. But it is more fun, if you have more locations open, aka more adventure paths open! Thats why adventures first. -
Known bug. Most propably you need to reinstall the game, but you will lose the progress... Try out, if greating a new Group helps. And stay out of quest mode untill it is fixed hopefully in the next update. I personally would play story mode in the different device than quest mode, because quest mode always will be more unstable because there Are more combinations that can go wrong.

Yes, in 4 character groups every character can concentrate to two Main skills and be Expert in those. Easy closing locations. With 6 characters you can have really good one skill wonders where every character has one skill that They Are very good at. Smaller croups has to divide their skill upgrades more.

Interesting questions. I Also have been wondering how different accounts gets Merget together when the sync is ready. What happens if I have season pass to iDevices and android devices both? What happens when They Are Merget? If I have season pass to iDevice and 200000 gold and I have Android account without season pass and 500 gold, how They Are merged. Many important things to take account. Or if i have level 5 party in one device and level 2 in another? How They Are merged?

Indeed! Large party have characters that Are better in closing the locations because They have wider skill pool. They have less time, but They Are more effient. And yes, the normal mode is too easy ) The heroic mode is very good and legendary gives some challenge. All in all this is very good package. Normal mode gives some minor challenge to the Beginners. And when the game gets too easy, you can level up to harder levels. But I agree with the original author. I would like to start directly From the heroic level without going trough the normal level. Many experienced players most likely erot more heroic and legendary levels!

This game handles things a Little bit different way than the real game, so it may be that this is intentional. There is not basic promo cards in the real game, so there is not any rules to this. The rules says that you add promo cards to the box when you start the correct adventure path. And that character can consider promos that have character own Name as a basic card to that character. So I would assume that this is a "bug" but it Also may be as intended. Even though it is not the same as in the physical game.

Why are there so many bugs?
Hannibal_PJV replied to Howlix's question in Pathfinder Adventures: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
1) They did add new stuff that were Nessesary to the release version and that causes new bugs... But yeap. A beta test for the "release" version would have been usefull. But that would have mean that the game could have come to the shops at least one month later than it did this time... 2) fixing bugs takes time away of making new adventure packs. So if we find new bugs it will delay the next scenarios. And because next scenario will come with new bugs it will mean that the scenario after that will be delayed somewhat. This is even more complex game than Magic the Gathering so it will take some time untill most of the stuff get fixed. Many location, character, card, power interactions that can conflict each others. From my perspective the most important thing next is save back up, so you can go back when something goes horrible wrong and a program this complex something always goes horrible wrong at some point. Then normal bug hunting and the next scenario. It does not help, if the next scenario is released and you have to start From level 0 because the save file get so badly corrupted that you have to always start From the Beginning. So it would be better to have fail safe backup system and after that release new content. I don't think that this kind of program can never be bug free, so better be ready for that next "everything goes south" situation. I would say that even now this is very playable program, but Sooner or later it can get annoying to be forsed to start again From the very Beginning. If you lose one or two scenarios, that is not so bad. My favorite game in this year so far even at this moment! I personally did get the season pass allready just because of that. -
Card equipping screen
Hannibal_PJV replied to Brewsta's topic in Pathfinder Adventures: General Discussion (No Spoilers!)
Yes. That is possible. I just personally move those new cards to better carriers. And dump the useless stuff. -

I would recommended the ad2. It will give you more options when if playing Also quest mode. -
Card equipping screen
Hannibal_PJV replied to Brewsta's topic in Pathfinder Adventures: General Discussion (No Spoilers!)
Well, it is not in this game because it is not allowed by the rules of real game... You only build characters completely when you start new Group in the Beginning of the game. That will make those banish card desisions important! -
Can't start quest mode
Hannibal_PJV replied to Namyra's question in Pathfinder Adventures: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
When the update is ready it will take a quite a long time untill Apple store will approve it. Not sure about exact times it take, but there is reasonable big delay. -
So true! ;-) I was just thinking old kunfu movies like way of dragon, drunken Master and so on and smiling by my self when playing with Sajan. It was easy to see why he has dexterity sound effect, but good kunfu hit sound would be so much better ) But not expecting to Hear it Anytime soon. Very minor detail and rare exception to normal dexterity based attacks, so a good please to cause a bug, if tempered with.

Salvaging Cards
Hannibal_PJV replied to Dunesparrow's question in Pathfinder Adventures: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
You should only be allowed to salvage cards From the treasure boxes. Does the game allow you ti salvage normal box cards? Very weird and a bug, if it really allows it. -
This seems to be right. You normally get a quite a lot "common" duplicates. Bring back "good ole times" From the ccg Era, when you did buy boxes after boxes more boosters and end up having millions of some cards and none of others... lucily you can put those extra cards to grind mill in this game and get something usefull to replace them.

Hannibal_PJV replied to Hannibal_PJV's question in Pathfinder Adventures: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
