  1. Very cool. I have been following your progress for several months now. I am glad someone decided to make a sticky out of your thread. I hope to read more about your progress.
  2. I have no endevour to purchase this game. Don't get me wrong. This could be a great game, but it is not something that sparks my intrest.
  3. I read several reviews about EAW. I am a little relluctant in puchasing it. How would everyone rate the game?
  4. Has anything new come out that you could suggest? :D
  5. Are you people looking for someone to create some Obisdian Entertainment wallpaper? I will make a few this weekend, and post some links here.
  6. At the moment, PNJ's forum was not important. Since there was very little to go by, the speculation in the forum was turning into spam. When they are allowed to give us more information, I am sure that it will return.
  7. Revan is the most in depth character between the two. The Exile's story seems a little akward and out of place. Revan's story is believeable, and is very intresting to my cognitions. Hopefully, Revan's personality will be written in novels.
  8. If Obsidian Entertainment follows through with completing this game, I will be their spokes person without a second thought. I can actually see myself playing this game in moderation, and allowing my experience to extend to 40hrs or more. Unlike KotOR II, I hope they pay very close attention to time management, and take their time to get the game right the first time around.
  9. After looking at the screens at GameSpot.com, I have to say I hope this will be a complete game. I am very impressed with the level of detail and lighting attention. As a life-artist myself, I am very impressed with the level of detail found in this game. It would be a shame to see another game produced by the same company being released incomplete. I pray that someone is watching, and I hope they don't drop the ball. I have never seen a game with this much detail before.
  10. No actually that's all restoration notes. All the coordinates laying about are in modules. Without maps for every module in the module editor we have to manually place things by walking around in level, finding out our current coordinate and marking it and then going to the next one. As for the upper left those were some of my original notes for cam animations and rotations in simple matrix forms (though why exactly I was multiplying a position-on-ellipse matrix by a rotation matrix has long since been forgotten ). The stuff in the boxes in on the right sheet is some stuff to do so I don't forget. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Intresting.
  11. Let me guess. You uploaded a picture from Trig. class, so we can get the hint you haven't done much progress?
  12. Congrats Everyone on Team-Gizka! I have just checked their site, and realized they have hit one year. Wow. One year in production. Keep up the good work people.
  13. Go-To. Go-To's story and character could have been cut. I found he had anoying statements, which just aggrivated me when he joined my team. Grrrrr.
  14. I like the robes in KotOR 2, but I thought they were out of place. The robes in KotOR 1 were very well designed. I thought they brought a sense of antiquity to KotOR and Star Wars. I was a little disapointed in not seeing them in KotOR 2. As for the Driod Factory: When you arrive on Telos, after Peragous, you do not have HK on your team. Will this modification allow the player to return to the military base latter on?
  15. I think this is more likely to be the fate of K4 than K3. It seems obvious to me that K2 needs a K3 to finish off the ongoing plot development, so there really is no reason to delay storywise, since the current plot needs resolution and closure. But KotOR is likely to go on, and where a K4 game would go really is anyone's guess. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I believe that I can say this and being in the majority - If Knights of the Old Republic III doesn't end the story, there will be millions upon millions of dissapointed fans. Am I wrong? If there is to be a KotOR 4, I hope it is an entirely different story. At the moment, KotOR 3 hasn't been released. Sidenote: Are people basing a KotOR 3 on KotOR 2's ending? I thought that Kreia put closure on everything in KotOR 2. Oh well...
  16. Lol... I think I need my eyes checked. Hehehe. If they were professionals, I think it would have taken 5-6months. However, they are not professionals, so it will take a little longer. Real life does come first. Lol... Hehehe...
  17. I removed KotOR II from my system months ago. If they come out soon, I will probally give this add-on a try. How long has it been?
  18. At the moment, (by the time this reply goes up), there are only fourteen votes. ESB all the way!
  19. Are they using the same applications and skills that a developer uses? Difficult to say... But they would deserve it in my book. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Do you have a point in reference that supports that they are a success? These questions will have to wait until a product is released. I don't know if they deserve anything, for I have not played the mod yet. Therefore, I can not tell if they are a success or not. Do they deserve a job with a developer? Who knows? If they are using industry standard applications, this will help in proving their skills using developer tools. I hope they get something out of it. It looks like they have done a massive amount of work.
  20. Imagine someone telling you a story, and they filled in the details of yesterday. You keep watching the tv series, and they keep telling you minute details of the past. Now, someone else takes over the tv series, and they decide to create a prequal series. Without regards to what is allready in place, they rewrite the history that was allready established for thirty years. (Star Trek history expands to 40 years.) Star Trek: Enterprise was a really nice series; however, they rewrote a mess of history that has been established for 33 years. Everything you have accepted as Star Trek/Star Wars lore is no longer valid. Everything you came to like about the previous series becomes lost. You spent several year watching your favorite show, or reading you favorite book, and then someone else rewrites everything that you have accepted and loved. How would you the viewer feel? <_<
  21. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I like your discriptions.
  22. After you get to the end of Telos, that is where you will talk to BouDur(sp?). He will ask you a series of quesitons. Bou Dur is your key. He will help you establish a new saber. You get to gather various pieces and parts to construct your saber. Example: color, lens, crystals, etc...
  23. What you do is progress from gray to the light or darkside thorugh your questions and actions. It is actually hard to go back and forth. Once you start down one path it is harder to head the other way. You will have to start the process at the beginning of the game. You start as a gray Jedi, and you have to choose your path.
