I played a trickster/illustionist who used the scepter from wael.... you can get it straight after getting your boat sailing again - there is nothing to fight. It has an enchartment to increase illusion power levels. It can als be used in Melee - it does't have the unfit for melee penalty that other implements have.

* Being able to navigate straight to a shop within a location instead of having to walk through the location first. * More undead types, the exploding undead are great * The AI is better than PoE1 * Sound and vision for the NPCs * Explosives are good - especially the healing ball - useful for Mage-Slayers I find

Role-Playing??? I pick weapons that I want my characters to use, not because some excel spread sheet tells me I can get the most mechanical advantage out of it. I was playing a party based on Robin Hood - Little John was my fighter (devoted) using a quarterstaff, probably not the best weapon for a fighter but it didn't cause me any problems. Another time a Paladin using the yenwood two handed sword.. had a nice effect for running people through if I remember correctly

I want to play a druid and am thinking about either animist or lifegiver (so I don't need a priest in the party). Xoti has a shield that gives a bonus to rejuvination spells, would this cancel out the penalty of healing spells after shifting? Are lifegivers not supossed to shift? Or just as a last resort?

More shanties??? Sod that... too many of these crap things, I hope your list isn't in order of priorities? More unique weapons... many categories only have 1 or two uniques... and getting a unique near the end of the game means it will never be used. Agree with 13. I want all companions to be at the pub in the first port. If I have to wait until half way through the game to get a companion I shant be using them, by the time I could get them I already have a party I don't want to change.

On my first play through I never bothered leveling inactive party members but I read somewhere it helps in ship fights if you keep the NPCs leveled. I don't want to auto-level companions but it's a real chore constantly swapping party members just to level NPCs who don't travel in my party. Can you add an option to autolevel companions on your boat who are not in your party?
