  1. Hey WCMullen, When you are installing the game from the GOG website, please make sure to use the full installers and not the patches. The patches have been known to be very buggy. As Suen has mentioned, if you be your anti-virus interfering with the download/install. Run the install as an admin, that may help. Thanks!

If you are playing on Steam, try verifying your game cache and see if that works. Thanks!

We are fully aware of this bug and we're trying to get a fix in that is retroactive.   12. Hey everyone, This is indeed a known issue and we are working on a fix. The workaround for this one is to close out the app, re-launch and go to Story and delete your party. Create a new party and under Filter Characters, tap on Experienced. From there you can form your party and continue without losing any progress. Hope that helps! Thanks!

  14. Hello Witts11, Sorry to hear about that, could you email support@obsidian.net with a proof of purchase and your PFID# (you can find this in the settings menu) so we can get this resolved asap. Thanks!
  15. Hey raptorixx, You can hook up your old device and grab the save file and save it to your PC. Then connect your new device and drag that same folder in the same location and that should do the trick! Here are the steps! Connect the Android Device to your PC. Open Windows Explorer and open the device Open the Android Folder, then data -> net.obsidian.pacg1 -> files Copy the PACG1_SAVE_GAMES folder to your PC Connect your other device Drag PACG1_SAVE_GAMES to the same location on your new device.   19. Hey notalljims, Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! Sorry to hear about your troubles. With the new patch out, I would suggest to delete your old saves and make a new party. Under Filter Characters tap on Experienced and select your party again. You should be able to continue where you left off without losing any progress. Thanks a bunch!

  21. Including items unlocked from buying chests? I don't mind starting the characters over but losing all those chest unlocks would be painful. Items unlocked by chests will still be there!
  22. Sorry that didnt work, try this. Close out the game completely, Go into the App Store, and then to update and update the game manually. Then go back into the game.
  23. Hey everyone, Try closing out the app after updating and see if that works. If you uninstall the game, your save data will be gone and you will lose your progress. Items you purchased with gold or money will still be there. Thanks!
