It's not that surprising because IIRC it started in Galveston, TX. My maternal grandmother is from there so I grew up with it being celebrated in my family but it wasn't a really well known thing just judging by almost everyone I've ever known. It wasn't until I was in the military that I started meeting people that knew about it already. It was then either because of where they were from or the internet.

Happy Juneteenth! GD, I'm sure that you already know this but Juneteenth was more of a regional thing celebrating the end of slavery in the South in general and Texas in particular. Thinking of rewatching some old shows to see if I still like them. On my liked list I have Samurai Champloo, Ergo Proxy, and Darker than Black even though I never saw the second season. Maybe I'll start with the last one since it has a season I haven't seen.

I'm expecting a delay of a couple of months and if not then I'd advise holding off playing for at least that long. Not confident their last two chapters are going to be well polished especially with only internal testing. I'm not entirely confident the first four chapters will be decently polished at launch either.
