I'm pretty sure they said that they went over budget in making the game and had to dip into their reserves. I just thought that it was weird that Microsoft took some of the Kickstarter money, money that could have gone into making/improving the game. Is the game not doing well? I haven't seen any numbers or announcements but I haven't really looked either. It seems that most here really enjoyed it.

Contemplating getting EUIV ...only thing holding me back is Steam requirement I know I'll break down and get it eventually but since the above mentioned requirement I'd like to wait until it goes for pennies I just don't think I can hold out. I'm so very weak.

That's good advice on the Marine Corps I'm pretty sure that I would not be where I am today if I hadn't joined. In fact most of the people that I served with got pretty good jobs if/when they got out

Do you actually spend a good deal of time investigating what's going on or is it mostly build your order/gather allies? The name makes me think the former but my experience with Bio games and what I've seen so far makes me think the latter. Not that there is anything wrong with that as I've enjoyed it quite a bit in the past

Running my Marauder through Makeb and he is having a much easier time with it than my Sorc did. That's not to say that it's hard but he kills everything faster and with Quinn healing him he has almost no down time and even the 2 man heroics aren't much challenge I've done the seeker droid and macrobinocular quests up to the last part with the Heroic 4 and I've enjoyed both so far Also, just started doing the CZ-198 dailies. I need to grind out legacy level 40 for Treek but not sure if I should just run high level dailies or level up one of my lower level alts

It seems odd to me that Microsoft would take a portion of the Kickstarter funds. I would think they would either get an upfront fee or something on the backend or both. Maybe they are counting each copy promised in the Kickstarter as a sale or something and had to give a portion of that. Still seems weird to me but I think that I'm still skeptical of their business dealings since the whole DRM thing

Hmm, I think I'll have to check out both Hard Magic and Terms of Engagement For now though still making my way through the Shadowrun Returns anthology and so far so good. I like most of the stories and they tend to fill in the background of characters from the game pretty well. That said, I tend to prefer the stories with main characters who can use magic over the rest. I guess I'm just a magic groupie

I've wondered about this myself Do most people even care? Origin seems to be doing well enough (dunno about Uplay) and I don't think I've ever seen more than a handful of people go "No Steam, No Sale"

Thanks If we would have had more time or gone to more places then we probably would have just wandered a bit but as it was we were either with my wife's friends or family the whole time we mostly just got led around. It was still fun though just a bit more structured than I usually like my vacations and I didn't wan to complain about being smothered since my wife hadn't been "home" in about 10 years and everyone really missed her I'd have the say that the hardest part of the trip was not being able to read the signs and mostly in Russia since the alphabet is different

Yeah, there are a few companies that do them, modern castles that it. Castle Magic is the only one I can think of off the top of my head though Also, sorry I haven't gotten the rest of the pictures up yet. Been sick and haven't felt up to it because it's hard work sorting, uploading, and linking photos
