Given the amount of effort that is very obviously going into making the world of PoE feel authentic, I would find this very, very welcome as well. Or at least some friendly tips in the character creation screen about naming conventions somewhere so the character name seems to fit better. Lord of the Rings Online does this I mostly use my own name because I'm not very creative or very good at roleplaying

I gave up on trying to get the first Van Helsing game to work for more than a few minutes so I'm just moving on to the second game and hopefully I have better luck EDiT: I also took a hour or so to give the Shadowrun Online beta a once over. I'm actually really impressed with what they have so far which is admittedly not much but it's not pure crap either which I was afraid it might be

The weather was nice so we fired up the grill. I made these maple bacon kabobs with ****tail onions which I boiled a bit to make them less vinegary. Also made some truffle fries and poutine though I used some blended cheddar mix instead of cheese curds. We also had burgers with cheddar and american cheese, bacon, an onion ring and bbq sauce

I bought the second Van Helsing but I want to get around to finishing the first one before I start it. Problem is that it locks up on me constantly so I may just jump right to 2 and hope I don't have the same issue

That's not a bad idea. I've pitched the idea of a herb garden to my wife before but she wanted some pretty who-knows-whats instead and now that all those are dead we can try something a bit simpler

In non-alocholic news, today I was craving a mezzo mix which isn't sold around here so I had to get a coke and orange fanta and mix my own And now to our top story, I also had somewhere between 3 and ∞ mint juleps because I'm trying to use up all the mint I bought before it goes bad

Not a big fan of virtual keyboards in general. I've only tried 2 and while they are really cool looking it's hard to type on because you can't rest your fingers on the keys, it's really easy to hit the wrong key, and they aren't very responsive which sucks if you are a really fast typer or a gamer

Democracy 3 - My crime rate was going through the roof and I ended implementing some things I'm not proud of such as CCTVs everywhere and police drones and an expanded police force armed with SMGs. I also privatized the prisons but had them focus more on rehabilitation rather than punishment and to pay for it all I legalized gambling, prostitution, and all drugs up to LSD and then taxed the hell out of them. Productivity fell a bit but my crime rate is now minuscule so welcome to my super safe police state where most things are legal but if you step out of line we will know and you will be riddled with bullets

I'm probably the odd man out because I didn't really care for The Banner Saga. I liked the combat but as I mentioned before I don't like completely pre-defined characters/parties and it has set characters and you bounce around controlling different groups of them. To me it was more of an adventure game with combat bits than a more traditional RPG if that helps any
