  2. I know you guys will be pumped for this
  3. I didn't like how, I'm going to go with streamlined, they made mages in the new Shadowrun games. They are very powerful in the source material but with different limiting mechanics from DnD. Not sure why the made them the way they did but not a big fan of it even though I still play them because in my head magic > everything else
  4. I'm a little bit dissapointed that the lightsabres are'nt glowing. You have to push buttons to make them light up and it turns off as soon as you let go and I was trying to avoid people in the pics. Sorry
  5. Yes post some pics https://imgur.com/gallery/ExmS5

  7. I wonder if tattoo artist are seeing an uptick in cover up jobs
  8. People always trying to put me in a box but I've mastered the art of boxlessness
  9. I heard most of the same things about France when I was in Italy. We were warned against going if we didn't speak French and then again against going to Paris if we didn't speak it perfectly. Though almost all the Italians we meet had mostly bad things to say about the French in general, also some loathing of French tourists that beat any obnoxious American stereotypes that I didn't really hear much of when I was there either. A lot of bashing of UK tourists too for whatever reason. Germans too. I guess we need to step up our game PS the trains were interesting
  10. Nearly done with another run of DS9 and since Psych is still not back on Netflix we'll probably do a TNG or TOS run next. I think Lucifer is back soon and Lethal Weapon, Elementary, and Sherlock are already back. Still can't force myself through more than an episode or two of Enterprise but I feel like I owe it to Trek to soldier on. Sad. Dunno why I have zero interest in it. I wish they'd make a new series following DS9, Voyager, and the last TNG movies instead of always going back in time Still looking forward to the new show regardless
  11. Watching DS9 right now, the episode where they play baseball against the Vulcans. Man, I had a thing for Kira when I was a kid. I like TOS quite a bit as I used to watch it with my mom. My wife doesn't like it as much as DS9 and TNG but more than Voyager so it doesn't get as much time in the Trek rotation. Anyways, my mom got me into Trek with that show so.. fond memories. That said, I'd be lying if I said I recognized the names instantly but I eventually pieced it together without googling. Today, I spent a few hours at the social security office taking care of some stuff with my wife. That was followed by a trip to a museum to check out a Star Wars costume exhibit. It was pretty cool but it focused mostly on the prequels which were my least favorite of the movies. I can post some pics later if anyone wants to see them
  12. I liked it enough to binge the first season but I never checked out the second season
  13. Strangest thing to me was that he turned himself in and told them he was crazy and thinking of committing a terrorist act only to be told that he was wrong
  14. Happy birthday!
  15. ME2 free on Origin for real this time
  16. Arcanum also can't read good and its mom dresses it funny Behead all those who insult Arcanum!
  17. DS9 for DS9 Day
  18. Retreating after Trump tweet, GOP won't gut ethics office
  19. Passengers. My favorite thing about the movie was that it had my wife and I discussing space travel for a few hours afterwards
  20. Also saw the Accountant and was expecting a much slower film after reading the review here but I thought it was great
  21. I don't eat a lot of weird stuff unless... well, if you asked my family then they probably think I do but I don't think most in the west people would consider most of it all that weird. The strangest thing for me was probably grasshoppers or squid ink pasta because I didn't care for either. My wife thinks it's weird that I like pig intestines and pickled sausage but those are fairly back home while my dad thinks it's weird that I like bone marrow and the occasional snail but that's normal here. Kind of a tough question. I'd try most things except animals I'd consider as pets like dogs and cats but I wouldn't consider myself all that adventurous. I'd probably say that in general I like different/unique/creative takes of the standard western fare more than I like weird and unusual ingredients. If that makes sense
  22. Not that pretty but very good
  23. I hope I don't let you down But if I do then you can have my stereo
  24. Mother in law had a stroke yesterday and we just found out a little while ago. Everything is supposedly fine with her and my wife spoke with her for a while but she's still understandably shaken up by it all
