  1. am kinda surprised, given the way this board reacts to divisive issues, that the mr. nancy intro (series original content btw) failed to result in polarized dialog. our initial conclusion is less people hereabouts is watching than we expected. HA! Good Fun! I plan on watching it closer towards the end of the season. Netflix has spoiled me and while I don't watch whole seasons in a day or two I do like to go at my own pace rather than waiting for them to trickle out. I've been watching Wynonna Earp which I thought was incredibly cheesy at first and now 3 or so days later I'm on episode 8 and might finish the 13 episode season in the next couple of days. It's still cheesy but it's grown on me. It feels like a Canadian spin on Supernatural though I'm not sure if that makes much sense because I'm pretty sure Supernatural is filmed in Canada and I have no idea if this is a Canadian production or not but it has a "Canadian feel" to it. Edit- I guess I should have googled before posting. It looks like it's based on a comic and is a Canadian production. 1 for 2 isn't bad
  2. Let me just start off by saying I'm more than a little disappointed as I came in here ready to discuss the likes of Mick Jagger, Robert Plant, and Freddie Mercury. On topic, I also played mostly on easy and then story because I didn't care much for the combat in the game so I did everything with my PC, first playthrough a cipher and second a wizard.
  3. Thinking of buying this for myself I have a hard time spending money on myself but I wants it #thestruggleisreal
  4. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it for anything over 20 bucks (and then only because it's a new release) and that might even be pushing it. It was one of my most disappointing games in recent memory and I loved both DoW 1 and 2.
  5. Saw Guardians vol 2 yesterday and I loved it while my wife thought it was just decent approaching good. These MCU movies are totally my bag though (except for Iron Man 3 and maybe Thor 2) so I can see how people who aren't into comic books and their movie adaptations would be more critical.
  6. I haven't watched it yet but here it is if anyone is interested
  7. The game actually begins just before the final encounter and then flashes back to the first act. Then when you finish that it goes back to the end boss and then some dialog with the big bad then the second act. After that it goes to the final battle and then on to act three which ends right back where you began the game then the final resolution. Roll credits I seent it
  8. and then and then and then and then No more and then
  9. Let's just conquer Mexico so my flights to Cancun can be domestic
  10. So, no expansion packs DLC then?
  11. I work in IT and I'm also a ninja but that's just what I do and it doesn't define me. It just pays the bills while I pursue my real passion, just as soon as I figure out what that is.
  12. Had a couple job interviews but both places are lousy for pay so that pretty much ended things right there
  13. Rolled 6d6 and got a 36 so I went to the store and bought a lottery ticket I didn't win
  14. I've never really communicated this before because I'm not a stickler for rules because there aren't really any rules but if someone asks for more than one or two newer games when I update the list I may limit how many I give that person at once just so nobody swoops in and claims them all before other people get a chance to look. When people ask for more than a couple of games that have been on my list for a while then I usually give them all of them. I assume people that ask for the games will play them maybe not right away but at least some time in the near future. I don't expect anyone to play them to completion or anything but that everything is done in good faith and nobody is just stacking games in their Steam libraries to collect e-dust. I even give people games to give to their friends because I really don't care as long as someone plays them. That said, people who offer to review or to share their experiences usually get preferential treatment when multiple people request the same game but otherwise it's first come, first served.
  15. I never use axe throw either just rock throw
  16. Well, the rock throw is a free action but more points in throwing improve the accuracy. It says perception is the governing stat but you need a strength of like 4 to take it. The last skill, the axe throw (and person toss too) costs an attack action. Max rank knife also give you a free action attack for half damage which is one of the reasons I recommend it.
  17. This I don't have kids and I can totally recommend it
  18. Shields aren't great for your actual fighting set but great to keep in your default set so you don't get slaughtered at the start of combat since the enemy goes first most of the time. I agree with you on archery and dual wielding daggers also throwing is good for another free attack if you can swing it, I do like dane axes more than spears though.
  19. It wasn't an issue for me at all in my first playthrough but they do give an in-game reason for it so I wasn't overly bothered There is also a console command that you can use to set the time backwards if it becomes an issue that you don't want to worry about Edit- Also, this game doesn't have the same free exploring of the previous game
  20. For life? That's a big commitment Would probably go with MJ if it's for life even though I think it's tough to compare players from different eras
