Same problem I had when I first moved to Denver. The market was (and still is) flooded with IPAs and it took me a while to find what I liked.

I've seen it argued that Snowden is in part responsible for speeding up the rise and spread of encryption and anonymity/privacy services.

Ben Irving leaving wasn't all that surprising as he was hugely unpopular during his time with SWTOR and I wouldn't be surprised if he was equally disliked by Anthem fans. Still, I wish him the best but also hope he never lands at a game or studio I care about. I don't know anything about the second guy

SW: The Old Republic - Episode VIII (May RNG Be With You)
ShadySands replied to Blarghagh's topic in Computer and Console
I do every quest. I don't repeat heroics or grind mobs, at least until I'm at the cap for alliance crates and command levels, but I've never been able to skip content. I should probably clarify, I don't skip content that's not gated by Ops and/or PVP. I play MMOs like ever expanding single player games. E: come to think of it, I think that's why I never got into WOW. My friends wanted to rush to the end game and I wanted to explore the maps and read the story, at least the first time through, and do all the quests. That's how I ended up in LOTRO, I wanted a game that was more about the journey. I'm weird that way -

I created a new guy just to see how quick I could get to 70 with the XP armor set and the free bonus XP tokens they keep doling out like candy. Nar Shaddaa, maybe half way through. -
A Special Announcement From Obsidian

I just want Mitsoda back -
Made brunch for my wife. Prosciutto wrapped black figs stuffed with goat and gorgonzola cheese and sprinkled with thyme and I paired that with some rum soaked brioche French toast with brie and black walnuts. My wife said it was surprisingly very delicious. I like to experiment even though I can't eat any of it but I refused to make one more avocado toast and that's what I settled on. Speaking of avocado toast, I think I reached peak millennial today when I tried a sip of hard seltzer. Mango, wasn't bad.

No, it's more that they're just pandering during the primaries, selling themselves as more left/liberal/progressive than they actually are. Its not as if their hearts and minds actually change so pander to the base and then resume course after the nomination rather than become more moderate/centrist. And as you said the current base wants their own Trumplike candidate that doesn't really even bother trying to appeal to the other side and keeps pushing for the same things in the general that they did in the primaries. They don't want to just mark time, they want to move forward for better or worse and a more fear based approach of "I have the best shot of beating Trump" doesn't reverberate as well for them, especially with the younger and more fickle voters who want to be inspired. As to whether it would be succesful or not, who knows in the current bizarro world political landscape. But as Gromnir aready mentioned, if they can get their party to the polls they win no matter if they go far left or moderate.
-
Who knows. Conventional wisdom says to pick a middle of the road type to pander to the base and then pivot hard to the middle but that hasn't really been working out all that great for the Dem's since Slick Willy. They'll probably try to syphon off the Obama-Trump voters and hope that works but they might actually try to fire up their own voting base with something more than Trump bad, us less bad. It's a mystary. That's my hot take anyway so feel free to discard.

That sucks, TN For some reason my mother-in-law decided that the best place for all our grilling utensils was in the oven and that it was for the best to not tell us. Yeah, the whole house smells like burnt rubber now. My wife is livid and this isn't even the first brain scratcher that she's done in her 3 months here.

The green thumb skipped me but my mom could grow anything in her gardens and we had so many indoor plants that I felt like I lived in the Amazon. I'm only good at growing weeds apparently. Figures that I went into tech and the rest of my family went into things like farming and landscaping or at least kept gardening as a hobby but still generally work with their hands. TN, hopefully your wife is getting some enjoyment out of her pregnancy. My wife had no really bad issues, no morning sickness and no weird cravings, but referred to the experience as body horror of the highest order.

I think my all time favorite will always be prickly pear jam or prickly pear jalapeno but that might just be because it was a very popular flavor that I grew up with. My in-laws make a red berry jam that's pretty good too. I think it has strawberries, red currants, and something else from their garden I can't remember at the moment. Sad thing is that I can't eat any of it anymore because I find it all way too sweet.

I don't recall having those issues on PC either but maybe I just blocked it out.

Human smuggling isn't the same thing as unlawful border crossings and in my experience coyotes, with rare exceptions, aren't in it out of the goodness of their hearts. I'll concede that I'm no expert on it but I did grow up and live near the border for about 20 years. Mind you, I'm also not for throwing open the gates but I think GD's idea a little while back was a pretty good one. Issue work permits and have them pay taxes and heavily fine anyone who is caught trying to pay them under the table. I think that's a decent start for an incredibly complicated issue.

Yeah, I've never had salt brined peppers but other garden veggies can be quite good prepared like that. My grandma and great uncle would do that quite a bit but they almost always pickled hot peppers in vinegar. They either pickled them or they'd make a jam with strawberries, or with mulberries, or whatever else we had available, and even occasionally just the peppers on their own.

Bruce, I preferred the wife to the spy.

He also blew his campaign plug at the end of the last debate and has had a few other slip ups (poor kids, white kids and Parkland) over the past week or so. I've seen some coverage of his blunders but it's usually spun as at least he's not as bad as Trump which isn't a great argument in his favor as far as I'm concerned.

GD, Biden also called out the wrong places. I think he said Houston and Michigan. He's really been on a roll.

Good to know Biden is still a gaffe machine
