The GoT dudes have officially walked away from their Star Wars trilogy due to scheduling. I've read that Johnson's trilogy isn't anywhere close to beginning filming, if it's still happening at all, so I wonder if they can still hit their 2022, 2024, 2026 release schedule

What are you playing now: The New Thread

Started TOW and after some fiddling with the FoV slider I was off to the races. I'm still at the very beginning because I only got about 15 minutes of actual play time in but it's been great so far. -
Can someone recommend me a good UPS? My CyberPower something or other has **** the bed on me for the last time so I'm ready to just replace it rather than keep dealing with support

Apparently Fallout 76 now has a subscription fee

I didn't much care for Fallout 4 or 3 or even New Vegas really. I'm just not a fan of the current Fallout even though the the original games are among my most favorite so Fallout is over for me. https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Shady_Sands But going even further than that I've never gotten any Elder Scrolls games except for Morrowind which I got over pretty quickly because of the mechanics. Still haven't tried TOW yet but I'm hoping something there clicks for me -
SW: The Old Republic - Episode VIII (May RNG Be With You)
ShadySands replied to Blarghagh's topic in Computer and Console
Yeah, I thought the quality was fine but the quantity was lacking. 6 or so hours of combined story content is pretty thin for an official expansion even though the dailies, the op, and the flashpoint pad the total gameplay time. That's really my biggest gripe and only because I actually dared to hope again with this game but no budget is gunna no budget -
I only caught a little of the game and apparently missed some booing and chanting

I quite enjoy fresh raw oysters but don't care for them cooked. I decided to make smores. Wife and I don't care for chocolate all that much so I made them with Nutella so it wasn't straight chocolate. Very, very good.

I built a decent mid-range computadora a few months back and it's good fun. Has a screen and flashy noise box with stuff in it and whatnot that everything plugs into. Still fighting my old monitors because the prices on decent fast as lightning QHD ones are a little bit frightening but I hear they have expert timing.

John Kelly says words "I worked with John Kelly, and he was totally unequipped to handle the genius of our great President," Stephanie Grisham said in a statement Saturday.

Problem is how they are going to attract folks with 4 year degrees. I mean, I know a bunch of folks who would rather be doing something more important or meaningful or whatnot but the pay just isn't there. I don't meaning balling out of control either just living comfortably and not having to go on sugar daddy web sites to get by which has supposedly become a thing for some teachers.

I'm pretty sure they stated a one year timed exclusivity but they did not mention where it might end up after that. I'm guessing Steam is probable but GOG is the big mystary even after the full first year Epic/MS Store run. -
That's what they want you to think

Just for reference for those non US folks. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lynching_in_the_United_States Similar to the discussion we had about Trump's "go back" comment he says a lot of things which can be considered racially charged based on our national history and his past history. It can seem innocuous and it may even be intended that way but with our President it's always impossible to know. At least it should help inform why some people consider him racist and/or why some white supremacists feel supported by him whether intentional or not.

SW: The Old Republic - Episode VIII (May RNG Be With You)
ShadySands replied to Blarghagh's topic in Computer and Console
Finished the new patch except for the the daily stuff. It's really, really short but the content is solid IMO. Though after what we've been through my standards probably aren't very high. I think probably of my playtime was me just waffling on making story choices since I only have one other character that is finished with Ossus and I'm not going to try to push other characters through KOTXX for this for 3 to maybe 5 hours of story expansion. -
I never thought whataboutism was going to be a very good defense for Trump but as you can see in this thread it seems to be working among his supporters Personally, I thought Clinton deserved to be impeached for lying under oath and obstructing justice and find Trump's actions even more deserving but since we're living in bizarro world I'm sure he'll weasel his way out too since it seems like we've gone even further into hyperpartisanship

Similar thing has been happening to me when I try to play as a count or duke and end up an emperor. I started a game a couple of days ago with the intention of taking over Latium as a pagan and just seeing how long I could defend it before the Christians tried to take it back and today I'm the emperor of a restored Roman Empire. -

I don't understand many of the screenshots either but I still enjoy being exposed to all this stuff I wouldn't even know existed if not for good people like Melkathi and Keyrock -
I use some cheap 20 buck Logitech F310 controller and I've never had any issues and I play a lot of sports games on my PC

I knew a guy named Rodas (last name) who liked to work out all the time and was extra beefy swole and we called him Roidas Coincidence or a complex trans-dimensional Illuminati Reptoids from Sirius B mystary? I know which way I'm leaning.

My girl got put under today for her cheek lump and thankfully it was just an abscess and not another tumor. She's hating life right now but it's good to know that she hasn't had any new tumors. Went to a concert in Boulder last night with my wife and her friend and all I can say is that I'm old and I can't do it like I used to. We were laughing on the way there that we were going to a concert at what should be our bed times.

Onderon seemed really short with a lot of backtracking to pad the time. Still too early to judge Mek-Sha but I'm not optimistic. Still, I've enjoyed what is there so far. I just got volt rush for my sorc and am trying to work that into my rotation. Besides that I'm struggling with story decisions because I don't know how things play out yet and unlike other single player games I can't just save before each choice. #KOTOR3to9problems -
I still think TLJ could have been good or better if it wasn't the middle entry of the third and final trilogy of the saga. It's why I'm willing to give Johnson's first stand alone film a shot, if it still happens, even though I thought TLJ failed spectacularly.

I'll definitely see the movie but my enthusiasm for Star Wars has cooled quite a bit.
