Wouldn't the gun get chopped up pretty badly that way.. at least it would scratch the nice finish on it. But besides that I don't think swinging/blocking with a gun would really add much to the game play. Not to mention the extra animations that would have to be added would probably drive the animators up a wall. It would be a cool feature though.

Sorry, I don't think they'll make a game where you can strip and run through the streets naked. You could always pray for a mod though.

Fallout 3 is no longer in production. Once Interplay officially dies the license and what was finished of the game will go to Interplay's parent company, Titus. What happens next is anyones guess.

Well i think you are right. What i am actually saying is that the programming of the KotOR`s engine was bad cause i have a AMD 2700+ with ATi 9600XT & 500MB RAm and still can`t play it well at 1024x760 resolution! :angry: It may be the drivers you're using with your Radeon. Any drivers later then the 4.2 Catalyst drivers seem to have serious problems with KOTOR. I had to go back from the 4.5 drivers because I was getting less then 5 FPS in some places of the game. After I re-installed the older ones I got much higher frame rates.

Quite true. Most Americans fail to realize that the President's power is dwarfed by figures like the Speaker of the House. My girlfriend is Canadian, and she got a 100% in her civics class because she knew more about this country than most Americans. I think this country really needs better public education. It was (even on the star forge), instead of letting the AI develop Canderous I set him up as a dual wielding melee character myself. He was killing enemies faster then my lvl2/18 scoundrel/counselor.

They're more expensive for the pre-shelled kind though. That extra money I save by buying the non shelled variety is money that could go towards KOTOR2 (yes, I'm a miser).

I agree it's a little unrealistic, maybe some crazy martial arts pressure points kinda stuff? I think it could be implemented though, consideiring that Fallout3 was trying to put effective unarmed combat in and these are the "Fallout guys". It would be great if it was at least a viable option.

You're right, Intel has already stated they will be coming out with a multi-core chip. I doubt AMD will be slow to follow.

I was just looking at the screen-shot gallery on the LucasArts KOTOR2 page and noticed in screen-shots #5 and #12 the Indiana Jones looking guy is using his fists to fight. Does this mean that there will be a possibility of having effective unarmed combat in KOTOR2? What's everyone else's take on this?
