  1. Great News, i hope they don't **** it up.
  2. I mean, I would not complain if the developers modified the encounter to have some vithrack spawn once Belranga hits a certain HP threshold. Nothing helps against Gouging Strike, when there is a place where you can hide for the entire fight =)
  3. Yeah, the giftbearer cloak is not so good. I had the +10 +10 +10 cloak on and with 15 history, the GC only nets +2 more to each. Maybe it should scale with +1 for each history skill point. Somebody will say, that is too much, but that protection spell nets you +15 anyway, and with SoT it has a long duration.
  4. Well, arcane dampener is really a pain. I was level 14 and tried that area under sacred stairs. I had 121 will, but AD always hit. Only when you run around like crazy, it always misses. And i don't know, how much one hit from the maelstrom nets you for deltros. One time i had around 180%, but sometimes only 32%. Just don't wear any armor or only robes i guess, so you don't get any shock armor.

  6. Seems i can not enchant it. That never happened before. The girl died, maybe through my AoE maelstrom. Is that maybe the reason or is it a bug?
  7. Withdraw is just better than smoke veil, because it never happened, that the fight did not stop after you cast it and the enemies went out of sight. But with smoke veil, sometimes you really have to wait a couple of seconds for the fight to end.
  8. And why so much dexterity? Because you want to be able to cast the next spell quick enough?
  9. It's not like, that the gouging strike cheese is unknown, u just did not needed it until now.
  10. Perception dump is disgusting. I know, because maelstrom targets reflex, but ugh, you can not really see traps, so less xp in the beginning (the traps at nemnoks lair are worth 300-500 xp each).
  11. Its still very annoying to got so low perception, you can not see / disarm most traps :>
  12. The question is, why you don't get hit? Is 142 deflection enough for that?
  13. Does that only increase the loot from NPCs or the loot from enemies as well? I never used sleight of hand, so i don't know, if it's worth.
  14. With a Cipher in your team, you get brilliant inspiration what refreshes your ressources, so you can cast your talents forever. Maybe a cipher / priest with salvation of time, to improve the duration of all buffs.
  15. I don't think that works but i never tried it. Normally i don't use gouging strike, because confounding blind is better.
  16. Correct. But that was since the beginning of patch 1.0, that both talents work this way.
  17. 1. Kill the spiderlings. One kill -1 deflection. Use Scrolls to kill many of em. 2. No. Gouging strike is the only talent i know, what deals raw damage and lasts until the combat ends.
  18. But you have to buy the expensive equipment i guess (canons) and i don't know how to do the ship battle properly. I tried it, but it was boring as hell.
  19. Ok, I watched the video several times, and I am a bit confused as to what you did. It seems like your hiding in the entrance corner until the mother spider dies. So what was damaging the spider? Rogue gouging strike. It deals raw damage, so it pens all the time. Brand Enemy deals ony 2, because it is fire based and has a penetration of only 12.3 and she got 17 Fire armor.
  20. Potd upscaled. It definitly takes around 15+ minutes, after you could use gouging strike on it, with max combat speed enabled. Jesus Christ. And how do you stay alive then? I had Ancient Memory and Zealous Endurance - not remotely close to enough
