Oh, don't mind me I still think his arms are freakishly long, and I'm really not 100% happy with it-but-can't-put-my-finger-on-exactly-where-I've-gone-wrong but what the hell have a pic of Carth! :D -
Yeah, Bastilla seems to be a bit of a grey area. For a while I thought the game explained it - saying that they weren't actually after the Exile because the Exile is "the last Jedi" but for other reasons - but I'm still confused.

What gets me is that according to the medical logs on the Harbinger, they say the crew of the Ebon Hawk, which they pick up after it was initially attacked by the Sith, are dead. Now I can understand how they think Kreia is dead and how she might have faked her death like she did again upon reaching Peragus, but it does raise a point, just who else was with her apart from the droids? Could there been other crew memebers - perhaps some of the initial KOTOR characters? I don't know if its been posted elsewhere, but does anyone come up with what they think happened to the original KOTOR crew after the game finished? I mean, I guess we can say Carth left to become an Admiral, Bastilla lives on Telos it seems (haven't played the male yet so I don't know where she comes in) Canderous goes off to reform the Mandalorians and become Mandalore himself. Jolee and Juhani obviously go to ground what with all the nasty stuff happening to Jedi afterwards - perhaps becoming hermits again or even being killed? T3-M4 stays on So does HK-47, but someone shoots him for his troubles (Revan perhaps? To stop HK-47 following?) But no idea what happens to Mission or Zalbaar.

Sod that! It's bloody brilliant! Great stuff too Iziz - suggest you safe it as a jpeg next time - but great none the less :D

I think the greater question now is: Why did she feel she needed to explain everything to them only after they were dead?
-
Great, I really like it

I've got a follow up now Basically it parodies a couple of things - primarily from the original however. Basically I found it suprising how easily a woman would slip in and out of a male's suit of armour - and also it was a bit funny how Carth would keep stopping me in the street while I was disguised as a Sith soldier and asking me personal questions right in front of a Sith Patrol and dozens of Tarisian on lookers (not that ultimately any of them would make a difference... ) " I really should go to bed about now... -
Looking great

I've done a quick sketch of Carth and Atton based on existing poses (I had to take a screenshot of Atton to get his though...) Not too happy with how I did Carth - in fact I was convinced that I had drawn his nose too long so by extension the rest of his face so I...actually shortened it in Photoshop... :"> Much happier with Atton. I'm just getting a feel for them, so I can draw them freely more easily -
Fantastic Can't wait to see it finished

Well, GTA:San Andreas managed to triple an already large playing area (ie Vice City) for Playstation 2 - I mean, with the next generation of consoles (which may finally come close to handling a game as big as a PC can for the time being ) I see no reason why KOTORIII should not be much bigger with more locations and more planets to see. Certainly I'd love it if KOTOR could brake the old cliche of coincidentally crash landing in just the right places on a huge planet and at just the right time to witness or take part in a massive plot piece (Gosh, what are the chances of that happening? ). But at the same time, the game must remain contrite. There's got to be something that can keep someone's attention going for the extra places and planets without them getting repetative. So probably that means you'll crash land in just the right places on a huge planet and at just the right time to witness or take part in a massive plot piece (Gosh, what are the chances of that happening? )

Anyway, great stuff Kaftan

Atton - for sure.

Made another one - this time a quick(ish) sketch of Juhani. Probably put it through Photoshop - ie colour it, add proper effects...sort out the anatomy and proportions...make it look more like Juhani... Disclaimer - no gaurantee that the Russian is actually accurate. :-" -
Great stuff Wish I could sketch like that so easily

Just thought I'd say that the artwork here is absolutely stunning :D Someone posted a link to your "And that's how I lost my jaw" comic on the Futurama forum I frequent and I immediately fell in love with it.

Would a revamped KOTOR be better than KOTOR2?
Zulu 86 replied to MTJ's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I think it would easily make it on par with The Sith Lords with all the added features, possibly slightly better. I personally thought that the two story lines were wonderfully different. I played TSL first before playing KOTOR (I'm a very recent "convert") and I was amazed by the emersive and detailed storyline of TSL actually - I sought out KOTOR hoping for more of the same so was slightly disappointed. However KOTOR was much more vibrant and in some ways more enjoyable - there weren't quite so many dead planets full of dead people (I was absolutely stunned when I first went back to Korriban in KOTOR to discover we were going to a Settlement!!!) The music was more cheerful as well. So yeah, umm, where am I going with this...er, no, I mean even if KOTOR had exactly the same features and tweaks that TSL then I'd still prefer both for different reasons. The only thing I will say is that had not so much of TSL been rubbed out due to time constraints, then perhaps TSL would have left KOTOR far behind. -
Visas is a bit like Juhani for me - both females that arrive on the scene full of Darkness and feabily try to kill you - and you've got the choice of turning them Light, keeping them Dark or just killing them on the spot. And they both seem to be under-developed. That's just my opinion. Playing as a female exile, the Visas love option doesn't come up (though Juhani still does (w00t) ) but I found that at times she was even more Light than I was. She seemed to drop her red saber (well, I think the story goes that the Exile destroys it in their initial "introduction") and follows me to the edges of the Universe. I've too found I can't seem to do any wrong by her influence wise.

:"> 162 currently on-line, probably closer to 200 at one point but the site where the bulk of the non-Leela stuff was closed. Not including scan-arts, I'm one of the most prolific Futurama artists I know of. *nervous "mehehe"* Doesn't mean they're all any good but anyway great to see another Futurama fan! :D If you're interested I think this site has the most complete collection left (Внимание - по-русскии сайте! ) Be kind, most of the pics are pretty old and enough as it is :D Cheers

Cheers! It's actually based on the AK-103 I took a couple of liberties though...

There's some fantastic stuff here BTW. I'm a Futurama Fan-artist, and after reading through this thread (and enjoying the games so much) I thought I'd have a go at some KOTOR fan-art too -A sketch of the Revan character I use -A bit bizarre I know - basically I thought they could make another SW gun off an existing one, and after seeing the Mandalorian Assault Rifle for the first time, I thought they had. Wasn't quite true, but it made me think. It's just a simple one, I think I could add a lot more detail to the "attachments" All I've done so far - though I'm hoping to perhaps do some more.

Bored so who did you hate the most from both KotOR
Zulu 86 replied to Kalfear's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
The both times I've played TSL were as Light-Sided lasses so I have no idea about how Hanhar and the Handmaiden go as party members - also I've managed both times to play Dantooine as one of the last planets before it all hits the fan at the end, so I've barely got to know the Disciple either - but already I don't have much time for him. Overall I liked both incarnations of Canderous and HK-47 though perhaps they were better in the original. T3 however was rediculously improved in the second one - the first one I might have used him once and that was because the game told me to do so...and after that there was nothing to talk to him about. At least you can get a little something back from him in the second and he actually seemed to have a personality. I really liked Revan - but not the Exile - as such - I think I would have prefered it if the soundbites of the PC, even if just "huh?" and "hiyaaa!", were kept in TSL - it made the Exile feel a bit lifeless without them. Carth and Atton are both fine - Atton's got a more interesting story though while Carth is a more interesting character up front. Bastila was fair enough - I kept losing her and having to wait at map exists as she ran from about half a mile away trying to catch up... Jolee was one glorious bag of laughs. Mira's slightly irritating and I personally found her huge bushy eyebrows slightly off putting. Kreia I'm fairly neutral about. Zalbaar I never really ever used. Mission I rarely used but she was cute though Visas and Juhani - well, both mostly unspectacular - one was novelly blind and the other novelly Russian - but at the end of the day there were both a decent pair of extra hands that could hold a pair of extra lightsabers, so I wasn't really complaining about them... Bao-Dur was slightly boring and I really didn't get much of that character. G0-T0 was a complete waste of space though and if I nit-pick, I didn't like the fact that he was so similiar to the Droids from the Original Trilogy, concidering the 4,000 year gap in between.
