The Colour of Magic, also more trailers, tourist's guide etc The book was fun, and the Hogfather was partially very well translated to a movie, so this could be good

The Cooper Temple Clause - Did you miss me (the whole See This Through And Leave album, actually. Great, even if it's a bit on the noisy side at times...) Check the review if you're interested in UK Rock.

What you did today
I kind of know the problem, can eat what I want without gaining weight, though I'm not near as lightweight as you. What I found is, that if I eat stuff with a lot of calories and enough protein, I can indirectly gain weight by sports. So it gets converted to muscle mass instead of vaporizing as heat which food I eat normally seems to do. If I don't eat a lot protein rich stuff, sports seem to have the inverse effect and I lose weight which I really shouldn't.

Obsidian Entertainment - Five Years Old!
Quite selfishly because he'll only be 35 by then, while I'll be older.

Following Congressional subpoena, Karl Rove flees USA.
He'll get away with it as usual.

Another one of those upgrade threads.
A graphics card fits into any PCI-Express x16 slot. The other PCI-E slots are for soundcards and other cards using this interface. PCI slots are for older devices like modems or soundcards that still use that interface. ATI and nVidia cards fit into any PCI-Express x16 slot. If you want to go SLI or Crossfire, you must make sure the board supports it. Only some up-coming Nehalem boards and existing skulltrail boards accept both. Never heard of PCI-E A series or N series... Maybe that's brand dependent suffix for e.g. ASUS motherboards or something. As it is right now, Intel chipset-based boards with 2 graphics card slots usually support Crossfire, while nVidia chipset-based boards with 2 graphics card slots support SLI.

Radeon 48XX coming
Holy sh**, fast as hell and accordingly incredibly powerhungry. Though a bit less than 2 HD4870 in crossfire, it seems, and an ominous BIOS upgrade should offer the long hoped for power saving features, esp. in idle mode... In any case, probably nothing for me. It's not the same card [edit] the Techreport preview shows a little strange power readings. The system with one 280 uses 300w, with two 565w. That means one 280 uses 265 w, leaving the rest of the system with 35w. Wtf?

What you did today
That's the usual situation in concerts I attend to with my girlfriend Today I wrote on my paper and actually got as far as I planned. A rare case that leaves a good feeling Kirottu: I'd sure want to see it once it's dead. Post a pic please

Good Old Games
Ooh, yassir! That's nice I lost my copy of Fallout, so here comes my chance! Also, I hope they'll have Outcast. And Dungeon Keeper 2. And The Dark Eye 1 with manual. Elite Force 2 would be nice, too, but it might be too new. Hm... *waits in anticipation*

- What song do you want played at your funeral?
Sure! Also, I'd throw in a little Tomorrow Never Knows for shere awesomeness. Let'em enjoy the funeral with rock and a good trip- The Music Thread
That was a bit of alright. Haha, I didn't think you'd find it even a bit of alright. My smilie was actually referring to the two last songs you posted above my quoted post. But thanks for listening to it anyway The Beatles - Revolver (album) If only they'd left out Yellow Submarine, I'd like that album even more.- Radeon 48XX coming
Fenghuang, couldn't you troll in a way that's easier to understand for us non native speakers? http://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894 second link under "most recent topics". Does it help? - What song do you want played at your funeral?
