Not necessarily. There's almost 4000 years of history between KOTOR and the events in the movies. That's more than enough time for them to rectify the situation and set up events for the movie in a novel or series of novels (or possibly even another series of RGP).

Atleast Peragus involved a lot of mysteries to solve. While NPC interaction was almost non-existant, atleast it felt like a RPG in that you were playing a role, trying to piece info together. Malachor was really one big hack fest to get to Kreia.

I was always curious why there was an option to attempt to convince Serroco to attack the Exchange, but never being able to actually have success with it.

I don't "despise" Malachor at all. But I did find it to be the most boring of all the planets because of it's linearity. But then again most final "areas" are.

I know that. I'm just saying it seems funny the backlash Malak got, yet his "type" of villain seems to appeal to more people, atleast visually.

The ironic thing about this poll and its results is that the complaint about Malak was that he was too cartoon villain-ish, as opposed to "subtle" villains like Kreia. Yet the Malak-like characters (the over-the-top characters) like Vader and Maul, have more votes than the more "subtle" villains like Palpatine and Dooku.

I seem to subconsciously play a different style depending on my alignment. I find myself being more passive and defensive if I am LS, but more aggresive and offensive if I'm DS.

I'm still going with Darth Maul. Maybe it was because the actor playing him was actually an accomplished swordsman and acrobat, but he wowed me with his onscreen actions. And his appearance was exactly what I thought of a Sith warrior to look like.

I don't recall if that was ever resolved in a later conversation. It's been a while since I completed the game, so I'm totally sure whether I ever got them to respond to that question eventually.

Yeah but I gotta write up a background for my character anyways to help me "get in to" the character fully.
