It was 20+ hours of play time (15 minimum if you rush through). It's dialogue is better than anything in KOTOR2. BL had some better dialogue though. It's 'cliche plot' is less cliche than KOTOR2's plot so nice try. Then again, we weren't discusisng best game; but best RPG and consideirng itsa competition (KOTOR2 as well as some other frivilous games); it wins easily. Only a FAKE role-player who thinks DF has no bugs like you would think otherwise. Hahahahaha!

Bloodlines, and if were including that it's very close to KOTOR2. In fact, I'd say BL is better than KOTOR2; but it makes what bugs that KOTOR2 has look harmless. LOL

Warriors of the Eternal Sun is the best 'old skool' D&D game. Totally awesome. Totally sweet. Totally fun. It CRUSHES the Gb games.

I didn't vote; but if I did vote, KOTOR2 would Best RPG for PC; but not overalll.. Good game (great in some ways; not so much in others); but like KOTOR1; ultimately not one of my more memorable games.

Betehsda sucks, and I haven't played a SS game yet so SS is likely to make a better game 'cause Bethesda games are just plain awful. And, considering that Bethesda's prime series the ESC are amongst the buggiest games ever; their 'production values' aren't anything to praise either.

The media does NOT, once again, paint a picture where ALL Muslims are evil hatemongers who want all the White people and Westerners dead. It's just wrong to lay some people's hate on the media. I would say that the number of people in the Western world who truly hate all Muslims is a very, very, very small number.

Mean Girls may be 'just' about high school girls being mean; but its crafted sophistictaed, and the material is handled intelligently and acted believably. The same, while I like the LOTR, can't be said the same. Any 'movie buff' who thinks LOTR is better quality than Mean Girls knows nothing about film.

That's because a game like MW, while much larger, is ultimately empty in comparison. There are not too many games the size of the Bg series that actually more meaningful content. Really, just some of the Ultimas do. Arcanum as well does very well in this aspect. And, maybe 1 or 2 other games. And, your charisma cloak idea wouldn't help you win easily since most worthwhile opponents are going to pass the save anyways. Being able to charm masses of kobolds and xvarts proves nothing.

PST is about an immortal who has amnesia. FO is about surviving the wasteland. BG is about learning your heritage. Yes, simplicty is everywhere when you read one or two liners about anything.

"I think it's plausible to be able to travel to all the areas within that time frame, if you have a semblence of idea what you're doing." Travelling from area to the next isn't neccesary exploring. I can get to a city in the US within hours by jumping on a plane. That doens't mean I was exploring. Or I could take my time in explore the area in between, say, New York and North Bay. See the difference?

Best games? FO2, BG2, NWN, and Ultima for RPGs. MVP Baseball 2005, and Madden 2005 for other games. Special selection is Megamania which is the best old school arcadey game.
