ASnd, DA will have no more in common with BG2 as any other BIO game does. Anyone who expects DA to be BG3 is just plain delusional, and that includes BIO themselves. And, that's a good thing. This is 2009 not 1999.

Anyways, as for the news, seems like a waste though who knows it might turn out okay. Still, if they wanted to make a new D&D based MMORPG, they should just make one or at least just call the game NWN MMO instead of tagging it NWN3. Why not do both NWN MMO *and* NWN3. That way, Atari would get double the play for it. L0L

I do feel sorry for people who commit suicide just as I feel sorry for those who do other things I dissaprove of; but I call it as I see it. And, yeah, I know it's not PCish. But, the fact remains, suicide is cowardly.

I agree that suicide is cowardly. But, newsflash, it's not to him to put food on other people's table outside of his family. If their ability to support themselves is absed on him staying alive and making a movie; those people are a lost cause, anyways. Can't they just find another movie to work on? Anyways, sad news either way. I wonder what would lead someone like him to commit suicide ? Like they say, suicide is almost always 'shocking'...

"trying to say the NWN1 OC was actually anything other than a complete pile of ****" NWN1 OC was good enough to warrant two expansions, and a sequel. The claim that NW1 OC is a 'complete pile of STARS' is just not based on reality - espicially on a baord dedicated to the company responsible for SOZZY SOZ.

"Baldur's Gate was fantastic less for its main plot, and more for the characterisations along the way. Even some incidental characters had a real feel to them." BG is BIo's weakest RPG when it comes to 'characterization'. Obsidian is a solid company, and I've only hated one of their games so far; but they aren't at BIO's level yet. Then again, that's largely because their games thus far have been nothing but games that BIO has thrown in the trash. of coruse, BIo are now trash pickers since they have gone back to KOTOR. R00fles! AP looks too much like a ME wannabe. It'll probably be okayish, though. Aliens had so much more potential despite being based on an overrated IP (good movies but as good as some think they are). And, if their FO game is way too influenced by Bethesda, it's in trouble as FO3 was horrid. Can't wait until they make the game that puts them into legendary status. MOTB could have been that but it's just an expansion.

If you can get everyone to agree what critera to use than sure. But, considering one cna't even get all the 'experts' to agree what the best movie ever is says everything i need to know. Games, movies, books, and stuff of the sort are not mathematics and can't be figured out the same way. It's not as simple as 3+3=6 all the time no matter what. To try to simplify it in that matter belittles the who point of this stuff. There is no right answer except for every individual. Some people will live, and die for the Godzilla movies. Some don't give a crap about Raging Bull. Even so called 'classics' like Casablanca has its detractors. *shrug*

Nah. I'll still be playing it for 2-3 months afterwards to finish up my league's season at that time.
