I know from one of the Q&A Session (I believe the one with Bobby Null), One of the Druid's Subclass is focused on Shapeshifting. Someone asked Josh a question, he was saying something like that : "Druid's Shapeshifting didn't last long enough (for his taste), in Pillars 1 & would like to know if Devs were planning something regarding this situation." Josh replied what I've noted above. So Spiritshift Focused Subclass, apparently it allows you to stay in that form indefinitely during Combat. I think that will be a really cool Subclass, especialy if it gains abilities related to it (Leaps & Stuff...), maybe à la Kills-In-Shadows , but I doubt it... Off-Subject : What does Josh mean in this tweet ? https://twitter.com/jesawyer/status/905586203877031937 (Not Native English) I don't get the sense. & Enjoy this one : https://www.instagram.com/p/BYt1WsLlHnY/ (A Ship Type, Spirit-bound Mace (I guess) & Scripted Interaction stuff) ---------------------------------------------------- EDIT : About Shapeshifting Subclass : Q&A N°5 with Kaz Aruga - 36:04.

Indeed, they started Post-Production, (AKA (Straight) Alpha), meaning the "Polishing Stage" of Production, in August. So, for about a month now, more or less. Though, I can't remember how long the previous Alpha lasted for PoE 1, but... As a speculation, let's plan for January at the very least probably. Sooner than that hopefuly. Imagine if Obsidian could somehow manage to combine Pillars Of Eternity's World, Companions Party, RTwP Gameplay, Story, Quests, Etc... Into a Game in this Engine. Phfeww, I love Isometric, I've pledged two times for it but... I definitely wouldn't turn my back on a Pillars Of Eternity spin-off like this. Especially if it's made by Obsidian... I hope for them, that one day they'll have the opportunity to release their own AAA in such scale.

The critical disappointment at launch, regarding the Game's Issues, seems to have led to this. I wonder what can we expect for the Future of this IP. I personaly don't want the so-called "highly awaited" Anthem to replace this Franchise. Maybe it's time for Obsidian to save another IP ! (I know this will probably never happen but... Never Say Never) Seriously though, it's really sad for Mass Effect to end like this...

And here is a pro tip for you:1. Hold your lip really tight between your fingers. 2. Pull the lip over your head. 3. Swallow. 4. When your head comes out of your ass, read what people already said about your suggestion. How do you do this ?! Man, I tried, but it doesn't work. But, you succeeded right ? There can't be another explaination to behave like an ass How long have you been stuck in this position ?

More like if you can cast 2 Fireball Spells, & got interrupted doing so : The Spell will be considered as "used" anyway. So you'll have 1 Fireball left to cast.

Not my intention to seem mean but... Maybe it's because Pillars I is one of the only title in your list that was "Crowdfunded". Ok, I understand your request aswell, I'd love the Game to be Voiced in my language too, but come on : Be realistic, if you've been following the Video Game industry for that long (Since Planescape, Temple, etc), & its evolution, you KNOW localization cost a tremendous amount of money ! Especially for a Game as"wordy" as those ones are, the amount of dialogue lines that should be voiced would cost "close to a third" (just my guess, but it cost A LOT) of Obsidian's budget. It's not fare, in my opnion, to think & ask OBS to put so much money into "Voice Acting". (which would imply to cut off many things from the main game by the way) Again, I understand the request but, it'll already be localized in sooo many languages, thanks to all the Korean, Portuguese, Italian Fans & all the community who've been VERY LOUD during the Campaign, asking for their languages to be added. Even Chinese people have asked for "Simplified Chinese" to be added. It's not a Triple A Production. With all dued respect, I think you're asking for too much. Just my opinion though.

About "Summoned Weapons", my only concern is that I won't be able to have : Edér - Fighter Aloth - Wizard Pallegina - Paladin Xoti - Priest & Me, as a Rogue/Cipher, casting the "Ripping Knives" Spell on myself... I had this Class Combo in my head since the Multiclass Feature was announced, thinking this will be sooo cool ! But Evil Josh told me that the system doesn't allow this, because Ciphers cannot target themselves... Josh Sawyer - Game Developer :

I re-watched the Campaign Ending Party a couple of days ago. At that time they said it would be a 6 Million Stretch Goal Basicaly said, we won't get a toggle button for walking anytime soon. Whiule it is good for RP purposes, I'm not bothered for not having it. They said many times that it's an unpopular feature, and would only happen if the ENTIRE Community claims it, so...

DexGames replied to DexGames's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)
Yes that one, where Josh and Adam showed like 10 mins of the game and then we got clarification updates. I really think the best update's gonna be youtube videos of people playing the beta tbh Definitely, there's a good chance the beta will happen soon enough, because the end of production is scheduled for August (Adam's Interview with Kotaku, but he didn't mention if it ends in Early or Late August). Then "Full Alpha", play-testing the Game internaly, then... it's our turn !! -

Oh ok I was just wondering, thanks for clarifying. Sedrefilos : The only Expo I can think of where they've shown some stuff was E3, but I don't know if that's the one that you're talking about. There are some PAX Shows soon I believe, so maybe...
