Min-maxing also isn't necessary on Path of the Damned. Often it's even detrimental to your overall performance. I personally - for a damage oriented Paladin who's also a good person and leader - would pick Kind Wayfarer and then: Abilities: - Lvl 1: Flames of Devotion - Lvl 3: Zealous Focus - Lvl 5: Sworn Enemy - Lvl 7: Inspiring Triumph - Lvl 9: Lay on Hands - Lvl 11: Healing Chain - Lvl 13: Sacred Immolation - Lvl 15: Behold the Martyr or Abjuration Talents: - Lvl 2: Weapon Focus Soldier (+6 accuracy with great swords) - Lvl 4: The Sword and the Shepherd - Lvl 6: Intense Flames - Lvl 8: Strange Mercy - Lvl 10: Scion of Flame - Lvl 12: Two Handed Style - Lvl 14: Savage Attack - Lvl 16: Apprentice's Sneak Attack or Runner's Wounding Shot That way you combine your offensive output and killing capabilities with defensive support and healing power "on the fly" (which is better than just pure offense, especitwheb it doesn't take any more action time). Also you can invest in your Might and profit twice: your damage output will go up - but also your healing power. You will need some healing for yourself anyway (like from Lay on Hands), at least from lvl. 13 on, because Sacred Immolation, while doing high AoE damage to foes, also damages you quite a lot. You want to counter that with healing from time to time. Then you'd have a likeable, benevolent main character who can dish out some serious damage and do some buffing and healing in the process, too. All while swinging a huge flaming great sword. Plate looks great. It will make you slow, but also improve your sturdyness a lot, especially on the early game. You could also use something lighter such as the "Sun-Touched Mail" - imo it's one of the best looking armors in the game. And it comes with 3 casts of Sunbeam per rest which your fire-themed Paladin could also use to nice effect (kills with it will proc Strange Mercy and Inspiring Triumph). You'd have to enchant the mail to better DR quality yourself though, it doesn't come with exceptional quality.

https://www.economist.com/interactive/trump-approval-tracker Economist has just released its approval ratings for Trump and its not good, its because of the real and perceived failures around the economy and inflation. And as we all know these were the 2 main voting issues for most Americans who voted for Trump I have also personally noticed a general anti-Trump sentiment on places like Codex which use to be mostly supportive of him in the dedicated thread. This forum is one of the few places where people still generally respect Trump and will sometimes give him the benefit of doubt My view on him hasnt really changed, he has had hits and misses but his misses are clearly undermining any good he has done. Of course it also doesnt matter what I think because Americans will decide his future and legacy when they vote. But he really needs to reverse things like tariffs which have negatively impacted the economy and inflation and the strict migration laws are also impacting domestic productivity in several states " Once the honeymoon is over, presidents tend to lose popularity quickly. But no recent president has fallen so low so quickly as Donald Trump. At the start of his second term public opinion was nearly evenly divided between those who approved of the president and those who did not. Things have since changed—his net approval is now lower than at any point in his first term. Rather than rebounding after the end of America’s longest ever government shutdown, Mr Trump’s popularity has continued to sink. Americans are particularly dissatisfied with Mr Trump’s handling of inflation and the economy, two issues which were key to his re-election last November. Young and non-white voters, many of whom abandoned Democrats because of concerns about the cost of living, are now souring on Mr Trump faster than other groups. It was those voters who fuelled Democratic victories in governor elections in Virginia and New Jersey—an ominous sign for Republicans before next year’s midterm elections. "

just because something are stupid and unpopular doesn't mean usa wouldn't do it like the tariff cutting all kind of social welfare and atrocity at middle east

it might actually be to late to flex with move against Venezuela. for one thing there are Russian navy in the area, for another they have failed to really sell it. Public opinion is largely negative. It won't boost his numbers.

Went down the elevator, opened the big door, and killed about 4 raptidons and 1 mantisaur. From watching different videos in YT of this quest, there should have been more enemies that spawn after you kill the initial wave. But in my instance, the quest marker in the area does not go away, and the objectives do not update. Notables: - After clearing the initial wave, there is a single red enemy awareness indicator in the area that is pointing in the general direction of the quest marker. - If I leave the room and re-enter, there is a exclamation indicating I've been spotted by something and my companions enter combat but disengages after a few seconds. - I initially brought Inez and Aza, but tried it solo, and with different companions to no avail. - I thought it might have been a raptidon in stealth, but I blasted every inch of that chamber with grenades and nothing got hit but my squad. - Tried to go back to the quest giver, but the dialogue did not update. I thought about trying to redo entering the Undisputed Claim for the first time to see if it'll reset everything, but I did Tristan's quest after landing in the Undisputed Claim, so I'd prefer if I don't lose the progress. Any help would be appreciated.

Turn Based mode beta bugs and feedback
Reinne replied to Reinne's question in Patch Beta Bugs and Support
More bugs/issues I encountered: -Spreading plague spell works weird in tbmode, it continues to chain to targets outside of the caster or characters turn forcing you to pause the game in order to even try to avoid it. -I've started encountering lots of issues where I can't reach enemies with a melee attack and I'm forced to disengage to get in range, primarily when using Itumaak to attack Oozes and Lagufaeth though it occurs with other characters as well. -Dragon breath from the drake enemies seems to do nothing, an animation plays but that's it. The combat log shows no hits or misses. -A lot of enemies with chain attacks fail to play the attack sound effect when attacking the first time, primarily noticeable with trolls. Feedback: -Allow the fast and slow mode shortcut buttons to affect combat speed in turn based mode. -Chanter phrase buildup is just way to slow since the last patch, I have straight up been unable to even use the lowest level chanter abilities the entire time. -
Thank you! So min-maxing isn't important on normal. But, could you also tell me which abilities I should pick at each level or pick first? That's my most difficult part in every game. And which companion is the best for my build?

I toyboxed her personal quest. I found those hidden counters based on your dialogue responses stupid.

It seems to be some strange bug with the two main quests - if you talk to one governor but not the other, then go to the mines to check out the ruins, all quest related npcs in New Serene disappear (even meaningless npcs like the two guards outside the governor's mansion, who are just there for the dialogue when you first arrive).

Argenta did it all. Thanks to the Blessed Bolter Casing and the insane damage stacking she was even a better sniper than actual sniper characters. Anything in her line of sight just died, no matter how far away. My Argenta turned into a Sister Repentia, which made it all the more hilarious.

Hi, I don't think you need a detailed guide. On normal you can try things out and you an also retrain your character for a little money if you don't like what you picked. A few pointers might help though: Frst, for your offense, just pick up a great sword in a shop for example. Then, at level-ups, pick abilities and talents such as Flames of Devotion, Weapon Focus Soldier, Zealous Focus, Intense Flames, Two Handed Style, Scion of Flame, Savage Attack, Apprentice's Sneak Attack, later Sacred Immolation. Get the Belt of the Royal Deadfire Cannoneer as soon as possible. Also get Forgemaster Gloves. Both give you spallcasts for the summoning spell "Firebrand" which is a giant flaming great sword which does very high damage - perfect for your Flames of Devotion. Your attributes should be rel. balanced. You cannot dump any. Decent MIG, DEX and PER are good for your offense, MIG also for healing, decent INT is good for your support abilities (like aura size) and durations of effects (like the duration for Firebrand). It's also useful for many dialogue options. CON doesn't need to be high, okay RES is nice for solid concentration and deflection and also helps with many dialogue options. Maybe something like MIG 14 CON 10 PER 13 DEX 13 INT 14 RES 14 Pick up Shod-in-Faith Boots at some point. If you feel you are too squishy: use thicker armor. If you survive easily enough you can try thinner armor. The subclass doesn't matter too much. Shieldbearers don't fit too well imo. Bleak Walkers have nice burst dmg but are cruel and aggressive (maybe not your taste). Goldpact Knights also get some nice additional damage and are pretty neutral/rational. Kind Wayfarers are benevolent, but they don't have improved offense. However, their Flames of Devotion strikes heal allies (and themselves) and they can also heal in an AoE each time they kill an enemy. Darcozzi Paladini can give accuracy support and get a Flame shield when they use Flames of Devotion - which is nice, too. Imporant skills: Survival at 4 at least allows you to pick an accuracy bonus against certain enemy types. If you scout ahead and find out what awaits you (and then you rest and pick your survival bonus for bonus accuracy against the enemy type that waits for you) you can make the early game a lot easier.

Hello, I'm encountering a game-breaking bug in The Outer Worlds 2 related to Aza’s companion quest, “Stabbing at Shadows”. I’m playing on Xbox Series X with the latest update installed. Context: Location: Cloister Blocked objective: Meet Severin Active companions: Aza (required in the party), and sometimes Tristan, or tried with no one else. Issue: Severin does not appear at the marked location. What I’ve tried so far: Switching the secondary companion Having only Aza in the party Leaving and re-entering Cloister Completing all other quests, including the Archive Despite these attempts, the quest remains stuck. It’s quite frustrating since I’ve completed everything else in the game and this is the only quest left to finish. Request: Could you please confirm if this bug is known and if a patch is planned in the near future? Any reliable workaround would also be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help and for the great game despite this issue! Kind regards, DragonTribes

Hi. I'm new to the game and I want to start as paladin, but I don't want to do the tank role. I want to see my MC slash enemy with 2h sword like badass and act as a party leader like a real leader. Talk to people, trade with them. Like that? I find some build at the site and other sites like youtube, but they all didn’t really appeal to me. What is the best stat, skill and leveling guide for my MC? Can you help me? Also, sorry if it sounds wierd. English is not my native.

Im about 80 hours into Skyrim\LoreRim and its time for some feedback as I have learnt loads about the game and the LoreRim mechanics Its still the best experience I have ever had around an open-world and sandbox RPG I have ever played. But a couple of points outside of previous posts LoreRim and Requiem basically address and fix every complaint you have ever had about Vanilla Skyrim. No more level scaling and massive overhauls of classes, skills, magic, factions and dozens of new quests and NPC I installed a mod called Levelling Freedom to increase XP gain for each level which you can change anytime to increase or decrease the amount of XP for each level, I set it on 1400 for each level. I did this so I can explore more of the world without levelling up too fast because exploration for me must be rewarding and worthwhile I have an NPC adult companion mod , Viconia from BG, which joined me from level 5 and she has helped me a lot in combat but she doesn't unbalance the combat because she often gets defeated in hard battles I haven't started the main quest yet, Im going to do that on level 40 because of how hard dragons are and Im on level 31 ATM There are some excellent quest mods added that include 4-8 hours of additional time just on each of these quests. So LoreRim is a massive Mod collection if you want to complete most of the game. Im talking about potentially hundreds of hours of gaming Because there is no level scaling I do have easy battles now that end in seconds which is by design but there are loads of very difficult enemies that can kill me quickly if I dont prepare and plan my strategy and that is normally something you do in isometric, party based games like BG, PoE or Pathfinder For example last night I ended up fighting a Vampire Mage and I only beat him on the 5th try by taking several buff potions, enhancing my weapon and using Summons to distract him. And combat challenge in ES games is important to stop the game becoming boring So its been an overall excellent experience with LoreRim. Further updates to follow

Do plants regenerate?
Silvaren replied to Tenkillsmore's topic in Avowed: General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)
I didn't play since april but collected plants or rather herbs won't respawn. Herbs bought from vendors don't restock either, but metals and wood pieces bought out from vendos will restock after 5 rests.
