I might, once it is discounted. I mean, yeah, as I am the only one here on the forum (I think) wo didn't like Bloodlines, so why not. Can't be any less interesting. I didn't like any of the games Troika made. There's just something about these games that never ever click with me. - Today

I bought a portrait lens by mistake, clicked the wrong thing. I meant to get a wide angle prime and now instead of returning it, I've kind of gone into a rabbit hole of minimalist framing. It's interesting, in a ship in a bottle kind of way. https://imgur.com/Uf9Hc9q Don't you dare stop holding hands, you're not in focus yet. ****, ****ing terwps https://imgur.com/a/8Mqgym8

I'm pretty busy. Maybe in November. 2026 -
I'll never not be amused by media rewriting history to suit their own narrative. Another of the perpetual 'this time it is different!'s is an extra bonus. Slovakia's government was stridently anti-Russian up until 30 September, 2023. Which is roughly 18 months into the war, and definitively not three years ago as Politico claims. Even the most basic of backgrounding could have found this out, if one didn't already know. But while the previous government was fine with giving away S-300 and MiG-29s they were not all that keen on turning off the spigot gas wise either, since one of the reasons for their collapse was inflation/ cost of living. It is after all not just a matter of having alternative sources like, lol, Azerbaijan* but them not being expensive. It's very easy to claim it's 'just' an extra 10%, when you're an EU bureaucrat with a property portfolio and on 500k a year. And when you pretend that that 10% rise doesn't compound since so much relies on gas. Orban isn't pro Russian. If he were he'd have vetoed stuff, irrevocably. He's entirely transactional- which is probably why Trump seems to love him so much. Blocking sanctions gets his country lots of concessions, no different to how the UK used to operate or how Denmark got concessions to finesse the EU's loss in its referendum. Similarly to the Brits, it really really annoys the federalist executive side of the EU that wants to rule by decree. *always hilarious to see Ursula and pals fanboying over Aliyev, who is everything they accuse Putin of being. As always, if the EU didn't have double standards they wouldn't have standards at all. And, of course, they largely sell rebranded Russian gas. When the EU isn't buying Russian LNG directly and (technically correct!) claiming it isn't gas.

Nothing I've seen about it makes me want to play it. *Maybe* I would check it out if it would be on Xbox Game Pass (no idea if it is), but since I canceled my subscription not too long ago because of the price hike, there is literally no chance of me seeing the game in person anytime soon (or ever). -

I’ve looked it up, but I just wanna confirm that I’m not the only one who explored the whole map and beat everything so far but I only have 42 locations discovered, even though it shows that I have everything I don’t understand what’s going on even if I jump off my buggy walk around, but it’s still not registering Am I the only one that it’s that bad?

So I take it, starting the 24th, I'll be all alone in the forum because everyone else is playing this at launch, right? -

https://www.politico.eu/article/eu-countries-move-pull-plug-on-russia-gas-hungary-slovakia/ "After three years of reasoning, pleading and conceding, the EU has had enough. On Monday, the bloc’s 27 member countries are expected to back a new bill that will permanently cut Russian gas supplies to Hungary and Slovakia — whether they like it or not. Since Moscow launched its all-out war in Ukraine in 2022, the EU has weakened the Kremlin’s long-held grip over the bloc’s energy supply, all but eliminating its imports of Russian oil, coal and gas." Long overdue, the EU needs to cut all energy dependency from Russia They cant be seen to be financing Russia's war machine as much as reasonably possible

When I went against Axl my music was made absolutely glitched, a total tweak-out. The music was blended together even outside the arena.

There's a difference between Microsoft security fixes and the Windows feature updates. We do that at work too, we're always installing the critical fixes, but the (sometimes semi-)annual feature updates? No thanks. Would be way too complicated to roll out and support. We only install those when the new features or changes are worth the hassle or there's no longer a way to avoid it because it would break something. And that something is in 99.99% of all cases some Microsoft service we need.

I see Australia and the USA have signed several rare minerals deals and the submarine deal is back on https://www.cnbc.com/2025/10/21/sha...itical-minerals-deal-lynas-alcoa-pilbara.html China is to thank for this with there recent stockpiling of critical minerals but its good for Australia mining investments and a lesson to Trump around humility that countries like Australia matter. The USA cannot thrive on its own and its allies that include Western countries matter

OneDrive facial recognition is definitely not a mandatory authentication method and you can opt out I have never come across any MFA with facial recognition from Microsoft that is mandatory, its just one way you use MFA I use about 6-8 different Microsoft services and Im studying M365 so I have a trial M365 cloud tenant with access to every Microsoft cloud service and I access them all with my authenticator app and a password code. I never use facial or fingerprint recognition What you talking about I assume is a feature to access photos on Onedrive? That wont apply to files like .docx or other files https://www.tweaktown.com/news/108204/microsoft-adds-ai-facial-recognition-to-onedrive-can-only-be-disabled-three-times-per-year/index.html And then Microsoft constantly looks for security risks in the OS and Office applications and patches and updates get released every 2-3 months on cycles, if you not connected online or you dont want these security updates then you create a security risk for yourself In this world of ubiquitous hacking, viruses and Ransomware I cannot understand why anyone would want to expose themselves to these risks by not being online and allowing Microsoft patches to be installed?

Well, finally ran across my own colliding planet system in NMS. I knew of them, but it's rare. Sadly, since every planet is its own "instance", so to speak, you cannot run across from one to the other. The closer you get to the collision line, the more the game felt like it wanted to crash, lol. The world you're on stayed "tilted" in perspective, too - like it's stuck in a sense - vs. the illusion of horizon moving so you feel land stays level. Neat to see "in person" tho.

In regards to games, it's no longer all about "WoW's servers are down" or "my personal ISP is down" - it's now AWS or Google or whoever else is down. 7 Days forum (and some other games) was full of "can't connect/can't play" - I would guess for 7 Days, Epic Online Services (which 7 days now uses for crossplay and other online features) was connected to AWS in some way - I disabled 7Days EoS myself ages ago, since I only SP, btw. When something way worse than this time goes down, it's gonna be fun. People forget how fragile and wholesale/controlled by too few companies, the whole 'net interconnection stuff is.

At a complete loss here. I already tried verifying my steam files and did a clean install, but no dice. I can't continue the quest at this rate, which sucks cus I was aiming for a completionist run this time I don't have any crash logs either, and my game has been running almost perfectly up until this point. Any help?
