All right man, hope everything works out but had to call it like I saw it.

An update - everything is back to normal and things seem fine so that's good.

Good to hear.

In my relationship news no woman is interested in a relationship longer than a weekend with me. I'm not desperate to not be alone, but it really sucks. Going back to uni on Monday so I'll be distracted at least.

The boy has gotten into Minecraft. Now its all he wants to do. Him and his sister take turns tormenting each other by destroying what they have built. Its much more malicious than breakung a lego creation because you can't use the "it was an accident" excuse when systematically destroying a minecraft creation.

Hey, I totally didn't notice that redstone torch when I set that TNT down....

Or, well, in the kind of (heavily modded) Minecraft I play "I didn't realize that nuclear reactor wasn't properly cooled!"

there are so many things i want to do that i can't decide with which to start so i end up doing none of them.

The words freedom and liberty, are diminishing the true meaning of the abstract concept they try to explain. The true nature of freedom is such, that the human mind is unable to comprehend it, so we make a cage and name it freedom in order to give a tangible meaning to what we dont understand, just as our ancestors made gods like Thor or Zeus to explain thunder.

Found a swarm of termites out near my garage on the back of our property.  They are coming from some dead weeds and a pile of some old boards I've been meaning to get to the dump.  I sprayed the area down and killed most of the stuff outside, but today I'll be clearing out some crud around the yard and making sure they didn't get in the garage.  Yuck.

I'm going down to Florida this week to visit my brother. We have only spoke once since Dad passed away. That's not good. Afterwards I'll probably go to Cedar Key or Steinhatchee and do some fishing.

from Gromnir's earlier post 'bout brain development in children, we would not hold the crumb-snatcher responsible for the injury and subsequent death o' the dog. intellectually we would not hold the child responsible.  emotionally?  can't unknow.  would we treat the child different even knowing that the child was incapable o' understanding that what they did were wrong? would be difficult to treat child same as before knowing.

heck, knowing that gifted is a cowboys fan is difficult enough to overlook.

HA! Good Fun!

IMO, that's different. You didn't cause that situation. I don't blame the child either, but if someone were to cause a situation and then "thoughtfully" spares me the "painful" details of their involvement, well, I have no understanding.

Spent the weekend painting the kitchen, fishing and garage drinking. Caught a nice size catfish too!

Hm, so Amazon wait until the day before release, when it should have already been dispatched, to let me know they can't actually get any physical copies of the PC Deus Ex Mankind Divided in and they have no idea when they will. But they can always send me a PS4 copy if I want.... >_<

I did not know people here knew me well enough to actually notice the lack of my presence.

I have been very busy, my job, my training, a lot of things changed, I simply had to cut corners with my Internet presence.  Also, the last time I was online this place seemed a little toxic.

His record for not lifting a hand and navigating to the Obsidian board, one presumes. Now back on day one, alas. :p

I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man

Ah, you got me there!  ;)

For every natural lifter its a goal to be able to pick a barbell -weighing as much as the lifter itself- up from the floor, clean it to the shoulders and shoulder press it without any kind of leg drive or jerking, just with raw upper body strength. The thing with lifting is, the bigger you are the harder bodyweight lifts become. Which means a 70kg guy pressing 70 is not as impressive as a 90kg guy pressing 90.  I just did that lift, weighing in at 104kg / 230lbs, and I had more in the tank. I'm super happy.

And now I'll shut up before people start die from boredom.  :)

You were definitely missed so you must have built some real friendships....Mani will be very happy to see you, he reminded me that you had just vanished

But when you say toxic what do you mean if you dont mind sharing? Things are very exciting and uncertain at the moment with the US election but since I support Hilary Im happy

Oh no, I just remember last time I visited this forum there was a sudden surge of infighting, name calling and trolling happening. But I don't really remember the details and I was not involved. Thats all.

Also check out my l33t avatar, I got a MR of my head! So the next time somebody calls me brainless....   :w00t:

Anyways welcome back m8.
