Leferd Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Still waiting on Sweet, Manley, and Kovacs. "Things are funny...are comedic, because they mix the real with the absurd." - Buzz Aldrin."P-O-T-A-T-O-E" - Dan Quayle
RingMachine Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 yes yes yes :D now i am even more excited if obsidian make new World of Darkness game Boyarsky joining Obsidian is great, but I'm pretty sure none of the Bloodlines writers are there. It won't be the same without them. (In fact, I think I'd prefer a WoD game from inXile, with George Ziets as the creative lead.)
Flouride Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Excellent news! Now they only need Jason Anderson and the band is back together! Hate the living, love the dead.
Blodhemn Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 This makes me happy. Things at Obsidian are looking up. Kind of exciting...
FlintlockJazz Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 For some reason his facial expression in that pic made me think of Street Fighter, which then made me think that the two of them should have a fight, Street Fighter/Mortal Kombat style. I would pay to see that... "That rabbit's dynamite!" - King Arthur, Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail "Space is big, really big." - Douglas Adams
Flouride Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 I would like to know what project he is working on... Too bad funcroc isn't around anymore, he would dangle from the ceiling and listen on Tim and Leonard talking and soon we would know exactly what Leonard is up to. 5 Hate the living, love the dead.
HoonDing Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 i got 2 y's in my name too The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.
rjshae Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Is Bioware melting? There seems to be a great migration underway... "It has just been discovered that research causes cancer in rats."
Labadal Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Is Bioware melting? There seems to be a great migration underway... He worked at Blizzard, not BioWare.
ShadySands Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Blizzard makes a little more sense for melting too BioWare always makes me think of Shadowrun I'm not really going anywhere with this soooo.... toodles 2 Free games updated 3/4/21
Meshugger Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Is he going to make Obsidian great again? "Some men see things as they are and say why?""I dream things that never were and say why not?"- George Bernard Shaw"Hope in reality is the worst of all evils because it prolongs the torments of man."- Friedrich Nietzsche "The amount of energy necessary to refute bull**** is an order of magnitude bigger than to produce it." - Some guy
RingMachine Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Is he going to make Obsidian great again? If Tim Cain and Chris Avellone can't then nothing will.
GhostofAnakin Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Is he going to make Obsidian great again? Leonard Boyarsky = Donald Trump of the video game world? "Console exclusive is such a harsh word." - Darque"Console exclusive is two words Darque." - Nartwak (in response to Darque's observation)
ShadySands Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 They'll re-become the greatness they never weren't 2 Free games updated 3/4/21
Leferd Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 So is Boyarsky coming in as an artist or designer? ...old school pixel-artist/designer?? Pixel-art turn-based rpg crowdfunding coming soon??? kirottu Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 So many. This post is not to be enjoyed, discussed, or referenced on company time.

Probably after Kickstarter campaign? Hate the living, love the dead.

free999enigma Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Sometimes, things aren't mediocre at all, they're amazing. Like the team that built Fallout, Arcanum and Bloodlines slowly rebuilding itself at Obsidian. 2
