Apparently games are tied in to accounts, because they need to be installed on to the HD. It basically sounds like to need to be hooked up to the internet to activate your game. The disc will be nothing more than an install disc. Have to wonder if Microsoft refrained from giving a solid release date to revise the machine to take this out after the Orth debacle. Registered to one account and prohibiting used games however, that's highly likely, and I wouldn't be surprised if that's what will happen with the PS4 as well.
