Hurlshort
Okay guys. What is this and why haven't I heard of it before? We've talked about it a little bit. It doesn't look like it really capture the charm of JA2, but I'd love to be proved wrong.

Zoraptor
Yep. Hope is a precious commodity, don't waste it on Back In Action unless a real time, fog of war free, JA2 'reimagining' appeals.

Take away the personalities, the tactical squad combat, the combat itself, the scope of the battlefields, the exploration, the destructible environment, strategic assets (resources, income, supply lines) etc. In short, it has as much to do with Jagged Alliance as FO:BoS (the Interplay console game) had with Fallout 1. “He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. I guess RTS probably comes closer to it. I used to lurk at their forums for a while, until it became crystal clear that it was going to be "streamlined" for "modern" gameplay. Then I stopped lurking. “He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. sorophx
What makes it low quality? just watch the gameplay vids. it's a sad sight Walsingham said: I was struggling to understand ths until I noticed you are from Finland. The germans are making it. hehehehehe .... *cries* Can't even joke about the sad state of JA license. It's just everything feels wrong about it, from what we've been shown. So as far as i'm concerned this doesn't exist. 1.13 killed off Ja2.

Lexx
What I have seen about it so far doesn't look so bad and I probably will play it too at some point. Problem is just that it's no JA game... You could rename the NPCs and change the games title and nobody would realize it's meaned to be a JA game due to the changed mechanics. Why exactly are you surprised? Also, that was definitely not one of Feargus' best moments. "Yeah we're kinda the original creators and we have Tim Cain! (Never mind we hired him after all the work on New Vegas was done and he wasn't involved in that project in any way shape or form.)" WorstUsernameEver
Morg is an idiot, but "those guys are going to kill it with Diablo" sure as hell doesn't read like "it'll be awesome". It literally took me 20 seconds to check on his Twitter if he had issued some kind of clarification on that, in case there were any doubts. Plus, I honestly find it difficult to interpret it as such, considering the way the whole message was phrased, but I also understand language is ambiguous.
