I mean it's not life or death, it's just two guys posting their thoughts on a message board. If it were personal or face to face all the usual restraints would be in place, and we would never have reached this place in the first place. Try to remember that. If you hated or were sick of Fallout 3, then the new socks probably aren't going to change your mind. But other than that, the game is what it is. Pretty much impossible to screw it up. Has a great deal to do with personal bias towards spy fiction though. Charachters like Marburg, Stephen Heck and SIE are incredible. It's safer than risking negative hype, especially of course if the game/movie/whatever sucks, but the PR folks will usually want to keep control of the narrative for as long as they can regardless. Heck, I wonder when we're going to start seeing streams and such. Granted, at that point, I'll probably keep myself far from them. EDIT: Also Gamefest footage part 1 and part 2. The over-the-shoulder camera looks good. Not quite spot-on yet, but a definite improvement over Fallout 3's bad tp camera.
