taks Posted May 14, 2009 Posted May 14, 2009 i tire of this game, quite frankly. got a 3 for 3 my last time in (after 2 for 9 the previous 3 times in), but had to go back to the arena page a dozen times just to get fights that didn't cause an error - time wasting is OK, unless it is via tedium. is it too many people hitting their server, or just bad html? taks comrade taks... just because.

Just FYI, you dont actually have to go back to the arena if the Brute youve chosen to fight has an error while loading, just hit the refresh button until it works. taks Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 looks like you should play JIXX more often! one of the FAQs i was reading (by ronga) talks about always picking fights you should be able to win. there are certain brutes at every level that tend to lose more often than not. also, you only get 2 experience if you beat someone 2 levels below you or above. e.g., a level 10 guy only gets 1 experience for beating a level 7 guy, but 2 for beating a level 8 guy. the ranking above you does not make any difference. also, "rankings" are based on how high you place in a tournament, nothing more. if you make it to a final, you get ranked "brutal legend." taks comrade taks... just because.
