If Obsidian posted every day and answered everyone's questions, as I'm sure some of them are tempted to do, KotoR2 would be ruined. They have a job to do, and the less that is let slip the better. They can still take note of the public's comments without replying.

Hopefully, they're at board meeting with Chris saying: "How about adding this to the story?" and everyone going "That's one of the best ideas i've ever heard!".

Thanks to the lack of the above, I voted that they are fighting off the severe hissing bunny infestation. It's the only logical thing that would keep them away from us for so long.

My guess is working on the game. I'd rather the devs be working on the game than chatting every day on here and answering (75% of the time) lame questions/ideas.

I had a Dev post on one of my threads today. He said (in a way) that the jedi in KOTOR2 will be able to slice open locked doors (like in TPM) instead of slashing at them in the original KOTOR

I saw 4 or 5 of them hit the boards today, and I'm sure there were others when who came on when I had my back turned.

 

Believe me, they are still around, they are still reading the boards. They just don't respond to everything on the boards. But they are keeping track of comments and suggestions.
