Mamoulian War Posted June 25, 2020 Posted June 25, 2020 (edited) Fastbuy is sometimes not very good for the whole market, and game streaming could use one more decent player in the market, to move forward with innovation. After the Ninja move by Mixer, i’ve nothing else in media, which could positively boost the share of the service. For me as a extremely small streamer, who has absolutely no plan for monetization, was Mixer good choice, and to my surprise, I ended up with same number of followers there in half the time compared to Twitch. People on Mixer were probably more willing to check out less mainstream broadcasters *shrugs* and on Twitch I have found out more people watching you, who feel completed to tell you how to play your games properly, even though if you have with big letters written no spoilers/no backseating. Oner Posted June 26, 2020 Posted June 26, 2020 (edited) 7 hours ago, Sarex said: They were probably losing money and not seeing the numbers go up. During the time Corona went viral globally and people were stuck at home Netflix, Twitch and other streaming services had a huge numbers boost. Under these "ideal" conditions, Mixer managed a 0.2% growth. That must've been a huge morale blow. Plus if what I heard is true Ninja (maybe Shroud too) likely took the deal because his viewership was going down and the MS paycheck would be a last big cash-out before he has to stop. So when your numbers are going down, it's not that surprising when people won't jump ship with you. But of course, this is just speculation. 213374U Posted June 27, 2020 Posted June 27, 2020 Why. Why do they insist on demoing FPSs with a ****ing controller??? Looks fun otherwise. I doubt it'll have a substantial amount of content like The Following, but if it does well, it could convince Techland to do the standalone it could have been. Maybe? 4 1 - When he is best, he is a little worse than a man, and when he is worst, he is little better than a beast.

How do you know it's a controller? These sorts of trailers usually look more like some kind of scripted movement specifically tailor made to look smoother and more cinematic than normal controls (that, or some people have gotten really good at just making it look that way, since nobody who actually plays games moves the way trailers like these show the player moving). The real question is why is the field of view about 60 degrees, what the hell - feels claustrophobic...and not in a good way. The player's hands coming directly out of their face is not helping matters, either. Edited June 27, 2020 by Bartimaeus Quote How I have existed fills me with horror. Humanoid Posted June 27, 2020 Posted June 27, 2020 It's logical to demo something on the worst possible controller no? Like, if it's playable with that then it's playable on anything. Guitar Hero drum controller it is then. 2 3 1 L I E S T R O N GL I V E W R O N G
