But I will say that Breaking Bad is a once in a generation type show, so that is probably too high a bar to set. I also think Rome and Deadwood were perfect as limited run shows. In fact I wish we had a lot more 2-3 season shows instead of all these long running ones. I also just want most of my TV to be fun. We need more Psych, Monk, and Veronica Mars. I'm always surprised how hard it is to find something that isn't MA on Netflix and Amazon. I like a good serious show now and then, but when I'm putting my feet up in the family room after a long day, I'm usually just looking for something fun to watch that I don't have to exit out of when a kid wanders by.
