  3. It isn't since Pakistan isn't a foe of Saudi Arabia. I'll repeat myself: Iran having nukes in and of itself isn't a huge problem; it's when everyone else in the region rushes to get nukes as well to match them that things get really dangerous.
  4. This. If Iran gets a nuke; they'll all want nukes. With all those bombs about, it won't be long until the wrong people get their hands on them.
  5. IF you intend to keep out of danger and attack from a distance than invest in DEX over RES as the interrupt resistance should never come into play.
  6. Even if Iran never uses the nukes it could develop; Iran simply having them would pose a huge problem.

  8. The IE games were great, but weren't very good representations of the forgotten realms to be honest. Besides; the world of PoE seems way more interesting to me anyway.

  12. I'll crush your hopes. PoE is NOT a spiritual successor; it's a re-imagining of the IE games. Obsidian has been clear on this and Josh early on elaborated that by "re-imagining" he meant that it would be a RTwP combat system with an isometric view point.

  15. It should be meaningless. Ideally, they should only have affected character and world interactions, maybe some distinct class neutral abilities. I say your race shouldn't come with any bonuses, but instead they ought to give you access to "raical talents" which are secific to a given race, but can be 100% ignored by choosing a class, offensive, defensive, or utility talent instead.
  16. No resurrection! Here's how it works: You have two life resources- Health and Endurance. All classes have more health than endurance. Whenever you are damaged both health and endurance are reduced. After a battle is over your endurance regenerates; health doesn't unless you rest or use a special ability. When you run out of endurance your character is knocked out and won't get up until after the battle is over. When you run out of health your character is knocked out until battle is over AND recieves 'maimed' status which comes with attribute penalties. After battle you will recover with 1 health. The only way to remove the 'maimed' status is to rest. If you run out out of health while maimed your character will die and CANNOT BE REVIVED. PERMADEATH! However: You can adjust the game settings to remove the 'maimed' status feature and instead of being maimed when you run out of health you will get PERMADEATHED!!! Any questions?
  17. Gold can be used for enchanting, and for improving the stronghold. The stronghold is a gold sink so gold should stay useful for the whole game.
  18. As you stated; there are some rogue skills that use melee, and melee attacks are better for dps.

  20. Fortunately, this exploit does not happen in a normal game, unless you really push yourself and probably only when you are going to attack a neutral party. I take it you don't like engagement or noclipping, but using this exploit as an argument is not the best idea. It shows how no clipping can mess the game up. There is no "argument"; he's showing off an exploit.

  22. I think the main issue with DA:I is that the design mission goal was to make a game with a max playtime of 200 hours. You never should let playtime dictate design. I agree. I guess the DA 2 scare really got to them. Somehow they listened too much to their fans, and it let to some poor design choices. @PrimeJunta +1 I don't know any of their fans who were clamoring for crappy collection quests.
  23. There already is one; though it needs to be adjusted for the most recent beta build.
