  1. There is one streamer chick on Twitch who is barely playing the game and has her own music blaring over the game's music. This frustrates the hell out of me. But such is the way of promoting a game.
  2. Hehe, I remember making that thread addressing that issue. I would have to ask Sensuki, but he seems super busy playing the game . Keep in mind, you can get a free backstab attack if you stealth and attack before the fight begins. Backstabs don't require you to be only invisible, you can also get backstabs off from stealth.
  3. They do the highest single target DPS out of all classes. They are amazing. Take advantage of their sneak attacks, backstab attacks, and other damage multipliers from their abilities + talents.
  4. Thanks, I think I'll take a deep breath and try hard mode. The beginning of the game will be a bit tough most likely, but once you gathered your party and ventured forth into the world of Eora, you won't regret your choice for playing on Hard
  5. One question. At 2:48 you say Hard is your favorite difficulty level "as it includes the intended encounter design for the game". Does that mean that normal difficulty is somehow less faithful to what developers had originally in mind? Is somehow better trying to play in hard, in your opinion? Think of Hard as "core rules" like in BG.
  6. Yea, including your name in the title of your videos will eventually be important as you get more subscribers. People will recognize it's a Sensuki video, not some random YouTuber who has no clue.
  7. It's chaptered. If you ever need to reference something, you can just skip to the bit you want to listen to. I do not have a professional setup (Don't have two screens, or editing software) so I'm just doing the best I can with what I have. I realize I made one mistake when talking about Constitution, technically what I said is correct but it probably isn't 100% true because debuffs will reduce your defenses and thus make Constitution more valuable, sorry about that. You can annotate your video and just write what you intended to say

  11. I believe the reason Aloth has high Perception is due Josh wanting Aloth to take advantage of the high interrupt potential of the wizard implements (rods, wands, sceptres). At the end of the day, they are all viable companions.

Because getting rid of the rest limit means nothing in the game will ever be challenging at any time.From what I understand, OP wants to rest as many times as possible without camping supplies. How does that NOT remove challenge? The OP want's the option of resting as many times as he wants without limit. That doesn't mean he's going to rest every five minutes, or remember to rest whenever damaged--nor does it mean he can't screw up and die in the middle of a battle. Rest spam was a common part of BG 1 and 2 for a lot of people, and nobody ever said they weren't challenging games. Prima Junta has said everything I wanted to say. This game is not the same as BG. Resting in this game is balanced around fatigue, per rest/per encounter spells, the HP/Endurance mechanic, and the maimed status. Having the ability to rest without penalty throws the balance off greatly and makes the game considerably easier.

  17. Seems like you care enough to make one of those typical posts that people like you have to make when asking if achievements are in a game. There's always someone who has to comment about how lame achievements are. Guess what, they are optional. Don't like them? Ignore them. If you were a game developer, I would bet all my $ you would put achievements into your game. There are A LOT of different types of "picky" gamers in this world. And a chunk of them will not buy a game if it doesn't have achievements. It's the world we live in today. Deal with it. is it actualy possible to disable steam achivements pop ups?..because id really like to do that ..in this game I dont like it in story games Disable steam in-game notifications.

I have arguably the best knowledge of the mechanics out of the backers, and I want to share that knowledge with everyone so that they understand the mechanics in the game. I think you'll be happy with my formatting though. Australians make some of the best game commentators. Sensuki, you familiar with TobiWan, arguably the best solo Dota 2 caster?
