  1. At least for me, the current version of the game gave endless free respecs for my companions, although it's only supposed to give a few free ones.
  2. It really is the worst part of Inquisition (and I generally like the game). It's not optimized for PC at all, and the loading times can be bad if your computer is around the minimum requirements. Thankfully, most of the loot is not useful for characters, so you can just sell 99% of the stuff and just do some upgrades when you go back to base.
  3. They released a teaser, so I think it's well past rumors. Doesn't mean it's 100% to come out of course, projects do get canceled.
  4. Everything gets discounted, so you should immediately get a lot of levels. The Legend xp maximum is actually not that much higher than the normal xp max, so it should be pretty easy to achieve.
  5. BTW, you only get Legend very late into the game. I think I was level 18 in my normal levels at that point. Most of the game will be spent on Mythic levels around 3 to 5, so you need to pick one out of Demon, Angel, Azata, Aeon, Trickster, Lich for that. You also mentioned respeccing NPCs. You can do that, but only from the levels they've gained while in your party; they all have an amount of starting levels you can't change.
  6. Demon is a possibility too, they're chaotic. You don't have to be super evil for it, just a little bit. And it has a rage-thingy.
  7. ^ You don't have build like that on Normal necessarily, if you're ready to spend some extra time on fights. Higher than Normal, probably yeah.
  8. Lots. Also depends on how much effort you're prepared to give for each fight. But it does sound like Normal will be too much for how you're playing it, eventually.
  9. They must be really aiming for a younger market, what with all these youtube videos. I'm too old for this ****, can I have all this in text please?
  10. 7 is about the max you can get in the game, no matter what tricks you use. Depending on your class, of course. I've beaten him on the highest difficulty, Legacy of Bhaal, but I have no memory of what I did. Probably a lot of potions and reloads. But yeah, that fight is significantly harder than most of the game, discounting maybe the final boss of Durlag's Tower, which is a save-or-die fest. Luckily you only need to kill Sarevok.
  11. Managed to finish the game. Was quite fun, though you still have to be a good D&D optimizer to play even on normal difficulty. And I swear some enemies have bugged DCs on their abilities... Played as a Trickster. Was quite fun, a bunch of fun stuff to do. Took the special Trickster ending. I'll probably replay the game as some other path, at some point. Maybe Lich, or a goody two-shoes Angel.
  12. It's not. It gets mentioned at some point later.
  13. If you play all the DLCs, you don't need to mine much at all to get all upgrades.
  14. This sounds exactly like me playing Barotrauma with my friends. I'm the submarine's captain, but I have the least idea of what is going on.

  16. That's not that uncommon with games with lots of DLCs. Obviously stupid if the DLCs are never on sale, like in that case.
  17. Playing a bunch of Barotrauma with friends. It's a lot of fun, though at the same time kinda weird how about half the time we get attacked we get huge amounts of water inside the sub. Not for people who don't like crafting mechanics.
  18. https://www.pcgamer.com/blizzard-aims-to-bring-blizzcon-back-in-2023/ With Blizzcon being basically an event for dedicated fans, and with how actively Blizzard has been alienating them recently... good luck with Blizzcon, I guess.
  19. God, you're such bitter old men.

  21. Some quests have a non-violent way and a violent way, but that's pretty much it. The non-linearity comes from which faction you do quests for. You can get pretty far by sucking up to them all though, so it's kinda moot.
  22. https://www.sportskeeda.com/esports/rumor-diablo-immortal-reportedly-met-ban-china-according-reddit If this turns out to be true, what a blow to Blizzard...
  23. https://kotaku.com/activision-blizzard-ceo-bobby-kotick-vote-board-directo-1849093322 Shareholders vote to keep him on, AND voted to approve the company's internal report on the sexual harassment. This is a big thing. If the shareholders vote so, it means they're fine with the company being as it is. Individuals or the a governmental entity might still sue them, but money is the thing that makes big changes, and they're not likely to come.
  24. What, like this? https://www.forbes.com/sites/paultassi/2022/05/13/square-enix-details-its-elaborate-nft-plans-as-the-market-craters/?sh=6a97d2be1feb
  25. So Final Fantasy 7 had it's 25 year anniversary two days ago, and they announced 4 new games... well, 2 new games, and 2 new ports of old games. So it's basically a franchise of it's own now. At least they don't use X-2 or XIII-2 naming anymore. But it's all still confusing. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compilation_of_Final_Fantasy_VII
