  1. This sounds exactly like me playing Barotrauma with my friends. I'm the submarine's captain, but I have the least idea of what is going on.

  3. That's not that uncommon with games with lots of DLCs. Obviously stupid if the DLCs are never on sale, like in that case.
  4. Playing a bunch of Barotrauma with friends. It's a lot of fun, though at the same time kinda weird how about half the time we get attacked we get huge amounts of water inside the sub. Not for people who don't like crafting mechanics.
  5. https://www.pcgamer.com/blizzard-aims-to-bring-blizzcon-back-in-2023/ With Blizzcon being basically an event for dedicated fans, and with how actively Blizzard has been alienating them recently... good luck with Blizzcon, I guess.
  6. God, you're such bitter old men.

  8. Some quests have a non-violent way and a violent way, but that's pretty much it. The non-linearity comes from which faction you do quests for. You can get pretty far by sucking up to them all though, so it's kinda moot.
  9. https://www.sportskeeda.com/esports/rumor-diablo-immortal-reportedly-met-ban-china-according-reddit If this turns out to be true, what a blow to Blizzard...
  10. https://kotaku.com/activision-blizzard-ceo-bobby-kotick-vote-board-directo-1849093322 Shareholders vote to keep him on, AND voted to approve the company's internal report on the sexual harassment. This is a big thing. If the shareholders vote so, it means they're fine with the company being as it is. Individuals or the a governmental entity might still sue them, but money is the thing that makes big changes, and they're not likely to come.
  11. What, like this? https://www.forbes.com/sites/paultassi/2022/05/13/square-enix-details-its-elaborate-nft-plans-as-the-market-craters/?sh=6a97d2be1feb
  12. So Final Fantasy 7 had it's 25 year anniversary two days ago, and they announced 4 new games... well, 2 new games, and 2 new ports of old games. So it's basically a franchise of it's own now. At least they don't use X-2 or XIII-2 naming anymore. But it's all still confusing. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compilation_of_Final_Fantasy_VII

  14. I preferred 5 and 6 over 4, so I'm kinda suspicious of people making those arguments...
  15. Did Old World turn out bad? Was kinda interested in it... I'm sure there'll be a new Civ soon too...
  16. Bigger is the absolutely not what those games need.
  17. Though, they did also say you couldn't buy items in immortal, so... (Which is technically true, just very misleading).
  18. Diablo4 in 2023. We'll see what's it like... at least it looks pretty, so it'll probably be worth it to playthrough the story once.
  19. Microsoft showing off they've bought Kojima, no need to show an actual game.
  20. Everybody's favorite class, it seems. I played D3 at the start, and god people were constantly crying for necromancers.
  21. So you just rely on everyone else to post the news? Freeloaders. I bet you don't even pay taxes!
  22. Looks like the release of the next game is close, because they're starting to make stuff other medias.
  23. Visually nothing interesting so far. But they do really promise a lot, gameplay wise. We'll see.
  24. I'm not into WH40k, so to me it seems like at least a dozen 40k games were announced last week and my feeds are full of previews of them.
