  1. Yes, Stop! If you are going to play BGIII, though, you must get the Flirt packs... it is ALL about the flirt packs!
  2. It's almost impossible to get a G rating anymore... on games or movies. *shrugs*
  3. Someone thinks I'm odd? Usually it takes people months to figure that out. And Anomen just *says* that and then your party rests as usual. It's like the black screen when you play a male Revan with Bastilla in that spare bedroom. (Still don't know why *my* Revan couldn't have taken Carth back there... )
  4. Hey... I liked Yoda Stories! I thought it was hillarious!
  5. I didn't even finish Warcraft III... I gave it to the kid down the street. I will be extermely put out if Starcraft goes in that direction. WCIII was trumpeted as some big hybrid between strategy and RP and I thought it just turned out a mess.
  6. @ Conspiracy... Your *teachers* swear by FoxNews? I taught High School and there were maybe only two conservative teachers in the whole school... and they tuaght math and English. @ Dakoth... I am going to agree with everything that you say, without even reading it, becuase anyone with a Farscape tag in thier signature san say just about anything and be completely correct. :D
  7. I don't see why there can't be two boards.. there is for Sith Lords. And that seemed to work out well. Let the people who are comfortable at Bioware post there and let those who enjoy the extra freedom post here.
  8. Bioware did an great job with KotOR... and Obisidian could've done a great job on Sith Lords has they had the time. I have no doubt of that. And, it's not like Sith LOrds was a bad game... it just wasn't KotOR, which seemed to be an air tight, visually stunning, engaging game. Sith Lords had tons of promise and was well on the way to making some real strides over the original KotOR game... who knows what they could've done with more time? And as Jag said... we can't change the past.
  9. Well technically, females could too: The Sleeping Man. Albeit, I'm not attracted to green men donning adult diapers, but when I asked the Knower of Names who was the Sleeping Man's true love, she said it was ME! Kind of annoying since I had asked who my true love was and she said Valen, but after I asked about the Sleeping Man's, my journal entry erased Valen as my love and replaced it with the Sleeping Man, but they were both my b****es in the epilogue! ...though I am curious... what sort of "action" did BGII involve...? Perhaps I shall buy if there's some S&M involved! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh... *sigh* Anomen. He starts out like the biggest horses a... oops... behind, but if you stick with him, he really is wonderful. At one point, in an inn, he will say something along the lines of... "Help me off with this old armor so that I may feel your skin next to mine." Squeeeeeeeeee!
  10. The game never crashed or froze for me. The load screens really seemed to take forever, as did some of the cut scenes. The not completed quests have been disscussed to death... the game was rushed out early. It was frustrating that some of them "started" in dialog, but never went anywhere and it was very tough to SEE on the map that there were more places to explore and know that they must be places needed for these quests. I wouldn't count these as bugs, though.
  11. None of the options describes me. I played KotOR on my PC and didn't even own an Xbox. And only wanted one becuase I couldn't wait to play Sith Lords... how pathetic is that?! I played the "we can use it to play dvds, too, honey" card with my husband and he gave me one for Chirstmas. :D Some of the controls with a mouse were very difficult... like the darn swoop bike (which I like to call... Swoop bikes! Do I HAVE to do this quest?!) or the turret guns (aka... Why can't I fly the ship and let Carth man the guns?!)... and are easier with the Xbox controls. Some of the menu scrolling is much harder on the Xbox. So, they both have their good and bad points. I will buy the PC version, too, only if it has some improvements over the Xbox version... completing the left out quests, for example.
  12. Is anyone going to tell us what is going on... or is this all we are going to get?
  13. *falls at David's feet* (w00t) I am not worthy, O'Creator of the Ever-so-yummy Men of Bioware! (w00t) (w00t) Can I touch her hand? Squeeeeeeee! I am such a fangirl, but let me count the ways... Anomen , Valen , Carthi-delicious ... did I leave anybody out? Oh, squeeeeeeeeeee... *faints from the excitement*
  14. Nope... she was always a she. You can tell the differnece... right, Knight? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> why you little......*pumps fist in the air* <{POST_SNAPBACK}> TeeHee.
  15. What I found interesting was that my favorite NWN PC, Galia (a RDD), had her name used as the Princess of Onderon who united the people of the city with the Beast Riders. :D I like to use the random name generator. That way the PC almost names themself and takes on their own personality from there. Am I the only one?
  16. Nope... she was always a she. You can tell the differnece... right, Knight?
  17. And the problem with that is.... ? What does it matter? No one forces you or me to watch. Let's face it, there is a lot of crude on the TV. I find a lot of what you can see to be totally useless. Why should news shows be any differant?
  18. Juhanni definitely came on to Revan... wether you were male or female... you could "romance" her right in front of Carth and he didn't even seem to mind! (w00t) I didn't mind it. It just proves that Star Wars is an open minded, equal opportunity world.
  19. Oh, I am sorry. Look at the bright-side... you can make better informed decisions on your second play through! :D
  20. Bite your tongue! After *that* ending, there better be!
  21. In all honesty... they ask you questions so that you can tell them about how you played the first game. So, answer some of the questions about the past carefully. They will directly effect some of what happens in the game. I don't think the Exile is "brain wiped". He/She is more reluctant to talk about a painful experience and the past is very painful.
