You mean the 2009 OS that mainstream support ended on January 13, 2015? I am shocked that Obsidian isn't supporting Windows 7. Yes, the 2009 one that nearly 40% of the desktop market still uses and has no desire to upgrade. Now that Obsidian is Microsoft they won't support their older OS's. Keep sucking up I'm sure they're just about to make you a mod. Guys, has there been even a single game made with Unreal 4 engine that didn't work on Windows 7?

I really doubt it. You need to remember this game doesn't have triple A budget. They are cutting the costs where ever they can, like no voiced protagonist or no third person camera view.

The Outer Worlds will be the best thing since push-up bra. The physical editions will be made out of recycled ocean plastics curing the world. It will be so good that aliens will come to check it out, and we will have the First Contact. Seeing aliens for the first time will make us humans see just how silly and small the differences between us are and racism ends. Avellone will come back to Obsidian, and finally makes his High School romance simulator RPG with mechas with adjustable boob plate size sliders. Not sure if it will atone for PoE though, but, you know, fingers crossed.

I would rather have someone new saying a new tagline than something old falloutish, but who's to say Outer World is even going to have a voice over narration opening thingy? If we're casting votes then my vote goes to Shohreh Aghdashloo.

I wouldn't go as far as "boring", but combat does look bit bland. I really like the flaw system, because it spices up the old RPG character progression. I do hope they find something to spice up the combat as well.
