Obsidian sucks

Well I dropped Persona 2. The music was great, so was the art and story, I just cant stand the battles which is most of the gameplay. Put Front Mission III on hold as I am thoroughly hooked by Shadow Tower. Getting past the first hour where you dont have any idea of how to survive was completely worth it. This game is awesome. There is hardly any money in the game, so most everything is through barter, with health and weapons being pretty much the only currency and only tradeable at uncommon grave nodes scattered throughout the dungeon. The game is dangerous, but fair.

Everytime I hear that opening music for Icewind Dale I want to play. I almost picked Might and Magic VI for best music, that was amazing soundtrack too but in a completely different way. Maybe you can put a simple template for all the categories on your first post so people can copy and paste the whole thing easily.

Best Story : Torment (Never finished it because the gameplay wasnt nearly as good as the story) Best Lore : Darklands (I love medieval history so this was amazing to me) Best Protagonist : Torment (I guess, I dont play alot of game where you cant create your characters) Best Antagonist : Strange Journey (I consider the Schwarzwelt, an anomalous dome in Antartica, to be the antagonist, and it rocked the heroes world unlike any other game.) Best overall battle gameplay : Demon's Souls Best boss battle : Nocturne Best Character Build Design : Might and Magic VI (Finding the skill trainers was so engaging and the magic rocked.) Best Itemization : Shadow Tower (Some really neat design concepts that help make items, armor and weapons in this game so fulfilling.) Best music : Icewind Dale Best Visual Design : Demon's Souls Best Interface : Dungeon Master Best Content : Might and Magic VI

Playing Shadow Tower, Persona 2 and Front Mission 3 for the PS1. Im digging Shadow Tower the most I think, the atmosphere is oppressive and I love exploring dungeons in first person.

I just started Pillars but I hope it makes it in here. For now I think these I have had the most fun with Dungeon Master Might and Magic 6 Icewind Dale Action RPGs Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance Dungeon Siege III Skyrim Honorable mentions ToEE Darklands Ultima 7 SMT Strange Journey Demons Souls

I would also like to know how to get rid of Aloth. I select the conversation button but theeere is no option.

A couple questions if someone could help, How do I purchase the White March expansions for my physical copy? Should I update from patch 1.04, I have to say I am perfectly happy with the current version? Finally getting around to playing the game and really enjoying myself, the backgrounds and music are particularly impressive. My only criticism is how dark the game is in terms of writing. I kinda miss the days when there was a little more restraint in entertainment.

You just reminded me why go back and play Dungeon Master every 5 years.

regular envelope, luckily it was only slightly deformed. This will probably be the last computer game ever made without having some gog or steam key come with it, so I will not complain. Wasteland II sends me my physical copy and it has a steam key, which is pointless, if I wanted a steam key I would have bought it on steam.

I am happy for limited VA, but NPC's should have portraits because a picture can paint a thousand words.

Yeah, kinda crummy this latest update they dont even mention the status of our shipment or just a general, hey we havent forgotten. @ Kiwi, I know same here with the digital copies. The shipping soon comment was a joke, its the wording for shipping status on our orders page, its said that since the game released.

Last of Us. Kinda ruined most other games for me. I think I could play this or that, or I can play Last of Us. Best combat ever.

3 Men, 3 Women, all dwarves. The only problem is you cant tell them apart because they all have beards.

In Ultima 7 black gate I killed the Kings wife, who had a key to the treasury. I thought what luck! until I got stuck and no old save to go back to.

More characters Free respecing for your characters More 1st stance skills that synergize with second stance skills. Less skills that are useless GOTY editions so I dont have to download dlc Can't think of much else. DSIII for me was a near perfect couch co op game, and so much better than Diablo III. Hope to see another one from Obsidian.

Great game, havent enjoyed an ARPG this much since Baldurs Gate: Dark Alliance.

IE games had multiplayer support and that didnt take away from anything. If it was something that could have been done cheaply and without changing the singleplayer game I am all for more options.
