I think it was placeholder music. The new music heard in the video is IMO better than NWN1's. I didn't mind the drarf, but I thought that the tiefling character is Annah wannabe. I may be, of course, wrong, since I'm judging only by that video.

Just finished downloading. I have to agree about voice acting, which I hated. Probably because I just got used to the lack of it in old games and had all the dialogue in my head by reading.

I have just installed Steam and a few demos. I must say that after months and months of game deprivation I'm quite impressed how easy it is to get games (and how easy it is to spend money on it). Darwinia, DEFCON, Half-Life 2 and (maybe) Dark Messiah are on my to-buy list.

Well, form a layman's perspective it doesn't sound like a big deal, but even a small increase in average temperature has a substantial effect on ecosystem as a whole (and hence agriculture, fresh water supply, etc). From what I read, climate scientists (who do understand the topic) agree that the effects of global warming are in fact underestimated. I don't take either point as an absolute truth, but it is something to think about.
