Your hero Bozos has made his fortune by ****ing over his workers, as evidenced by the reports that have surfaced of appalling working conditions inside Amazon, which have led to strikes. He's also abused his dominant market share to strong-arm competitors in what used to be known in a more civilized age as unfair competition -- others such as Google and Microsoft have been hit with billions in fines for comparable practices. He's abused patents and infringed on trademarks. He's consistently dodged taxes (something which Uber is also guilty of) while simultaneously leaning on the state to cover some of his labor costs. But that's all fine and dandy, because as you say, that IS the system*. Indeed, a system designed to privatize profits and socialize losses. To **** over the underclass and redistribute wealth upwards. It takes a special kind of obtuseness to act so surprised when said underclass take a break in their daily bending over after years of getting the raw end of the deal to start discussing "socialism", the meaningless tag that gets slapped on anything that remotely considers upsetting the balance. The irony is that the "socialism" on offer within the system is anything but and is powerless to change anything because it's just another product controlled by their employers -- one that is as vapid, pointless and devoid of substance as the rest of their lineup. *and of course, TAXES ARE THEFT!!11

Yeah. That is why the wealthiest people in the world are also the hardest working. We all know that blacks working mines for 14 hours a day extracting coltan at gunpoint in some ****hole own 80% of the world's wealth, right? Oh, wait, no. It's actually worthless ****s that either inherited most of what they have, learned to game or outright cheat the system to **** everyone else over, or a combination of both. But, I mean, you're literally going full Gordon Gekko here. So that's probably covered under some twisted version of social darwinism, too. ****, I don't even want to know. And I was doing so well ignoring this thread...

Capitalism appeals to greed. Two can play that game.

I'm so glad that you've finally realized that any self-styled "left" political forces that compromise and do not push for full nationalization and central planning aren't really leftists, but in fact bourgeois infiltrators sabotaging the class war effort.

It's just that this subforum is mostly for user self-help. The forums have never been a proper bug reporting venue for Obs games. The format just isn't suited for that. You're welcome to keep posting about any issues you encounter, however. Just bear in mind that the forum's subtitle clearly reads "This forum is for players to assist each other with technical questions." In general, don't expect devs to react to specific posts here.

Agreed. There's an entire subforum dedicated to discussing this kind of thing, to avoid even the question whether to use the spoiler tag -- which is where this thread is going. Feel free to continue on topic, of course. -
SW: The Old Republic - Episode VIII (May RNG Be With You)

Unlike DPS or healers, there are no ideal tacticals (or amps) for tanks. They are situational at best, when not plain trash. Set bonuses are underwhelming too. There were a few that were useful on PTS, but as with the Force Speed DR nerf, it seems BW thought tanks were overperforming so they had to take away some of our toys. Don't even get me started on the augment situation... -
It is one of the points mentioned in the Common Issues and Suggestions thread: I suggest bringing technical concerns there where they are more likely to be seen by Obs QA.

Telekinetics/Lightning seems to be overrated when you actually look at the parses, and the reputation it holds is mostly a result of a PTS conditions that have changed on the live version. The spec is an anomaly in the sense that it is a burst spec that also does more sustained damage than the dot spec -- not in an absolute sense compared to other specs. I wouldn't expect that to last either because Lightning sorcs can stack some serious DR too, which makes PVP folks ornery. 306 unaugmented non-set bonus gear is more than enough for HM level 70 content and the 75 SM ops, which is good, considering that everything is legacy bound now. So having three full sets of gear (one for each role) allows you to play any character in any spec at a basic degree of competence. The only thing you may need to obtain specifically for each spec is the tactical. And yeah, selling mats is incredibly lucrative currently. It has always been a good way to make credits, but it's just insane now with so many people trying to cap skills and obtain BiS recipes. -

Yeah. It's rather impressive how far a Star Wars license will get you. They have obviously not spent even half of that $1bn in modernizing the tech or developing content, that's for sure. But hey, we got Andromeda and Anthem, right...? -

The Star Wars MMO, The Old Republic, Has Now Made Almost $1 Billion In Revenue Guess that should put the "game ded lul" comments to rest for a while. Ah, who am I kidding... -

Guess the plan is to keep raiders from leaving, and story players re-subbing for episodic content, a la KotFE/KotET. Crafting is in total shambles right now, and the jury's still out on whether the Spoils of War system is better than the previous token-based way of gearing. Despite my extremely negative impressions from PTS, I'm surprised to say that I think it may be... -

As much as is needed. QA folks generally can appreciate specific and well detailed bug reports. -

Discuss the post, not the poster, please. It'd be a shame if the topic degenerated into a poo-flinging contest. And no, despite what you may have heard, flinging poo is not a particularly compelling show of intelligence.
