  1. HA! Baley dodging the issue, and not very subtly, might I add. 21 here. But until I get a job and have children, I'm sure I'll still be for all intents and purposes rather childish myself. Though soon enough I'll be wearing military camos. Does that count for anything? BTW, this is one of those recurring threads...
  2. No, you don't see them storming the plane. But a soldier greets you as soon as you get out and they have the whole terminal bottled tight. Yes, the return is... interesting. As I said, it's fun to try (and a very valid course of action).
  3. I would settle for them posting them here.
  4. I thought it was the Quake 3 engine that was going open source.
  5. It's fun to try. A shotgun blast to the back of her head usually does the trick. But Lebedev gets it, regardless of what you do since UNATCO has the hangar surrounded.
  6. What about Ender?
  7. No. There is no Tekken Ball in T5. No minigames, save for Devil Within and the space shooter (and the "Tekken History" stuff). I hear that once you beat it, you can get some of the more expensive character customization items there, in place of some of the blue thingies. I can't confirm it, since I haven't been able to bring myself to beat that piece of crap, quite frankly.
  8. Bloodlines! *cries himself to sleep*
  9. Lei as far as I know is considered the bottom of the barrel in T5. But even at the competition level, that isn't such a big deal. With enough practice, I've read of people that reached the final stages of tournaments with Kuma or Jack. I don't pay attention to that, I tend to play with the characters I like, not with those that have 1337 sk1llz.
  10. Jinpachi is a lame-o. His stun attack is faster than even some jabs, and there's nothing you can do to break the stun. This added to the move read can make him a pain in the ass. Fortunately, the AI is extremely stupid and there is always a move it doesn't know how to defend against. For example Jin/Devil Jin's d+1 connects about 95% of the time. The only real reason to beat Jinpachi is to unlock other characters, so it's just a matter of finding the killer move and spam it.
  11. Right. The same excuse as always.
  12. Shame on you!
  13. I don't know if I'm evil enough for you, but perhaps I would be interested in driving the Ferengi Alliance towards a juicy economic victory over you war-mongering, female-worshipping Hu-mons. :D I guess it all depends on how time-consuming this is going to be, and how much do I have to read to get started... "
  14. Yeah, well. We are trying to crash the forums. If we achieve that, perhaps they will take notice. "
  15. Sure it can. Can it fix itself though? Can it fix itself after being blown to bits? Right. As long as the Hard Drive survives, probably. Let me get this straight. Your PC can fix itself? And it can do so after being destroyed by gunfire? Wow, I would keep an eye on it. Skynet might try to take over the world, one of these days.
  16. A Tremere against slavery? That's pretty rich, considering that The Pyramid is a de facto slavery.
  17. Scary. In a sad, sad way.
  18. Yeah, this thread was in dire need of some comic relief. Your post served that purpose just fine.
  19. Yes, trusting a spirit without even knowing if it's a wraith or a spectre is always a sound plan. After all, what's the worst that could happen, an eternity in The Maze? That's fine with me.
  20. Do you know whether this is a spectre ploy? No. Do you know anything about how the Giovanni deal with wraiths outside what these spirits have told you? No. Do you know what is the fate that awaits spirits that are "set free" in the Underworld as things are over there right now? No. Do you know for sure that the plan to assassinate the Elder will work? No. Do you know whether or not the spirits will hold up to their end of the bargain? No. Do you know whether or not the spirits can even hold up to their end of the bargain? No. Yes, this is a masterfully crafted plan, indeed. Your path is "humanity", not "The path of the Free Spirits Union".
  21. I'm not familiar with the rules for True Faith in DA. As far as I know, lvl 4 True Faith indeed allows to repel a vampire but only away from the priest. This doesn't prevent the target from advancing towards other targets, however.
  22. Not to mention that the Obfuscate plan isn't guaranteed to succeed even if they don't see it through with the cameras. If not, don't you think it would be very suspicious that Angelo is not going with you? And True Faith (unless he has 5 dots in it) can only be used to prevent the Elder from slaughtering Eru, but it won't protect the rest of you. Even if it wasn't a Giovanni Elder, it's still a suicide plan. Your idea of the bomb truck is probably the safest way to go, and honestly I don't see why Ender wouldn't want to allow that. But improvising a bomb is not easy either, and it may very well blow you up in the attempt.
